Remove the bolts (N) with the relevant washers and nuts. Remove the bolt (P) with the relevant washer . Remove the cover assembly (Q) the front frame.

16. Install the fitting (27) the rear fitting (3) (port “P”) installed the blade control valve (2) . 17. Connect the hydraulic hose (10) the fitting (27) .

18. Locate the block valve the right - hand side the machine.

Disconnect the hose (W) from the fitting installed the port “S2” the block valve.

19. Install the socket tee (22) the fitting installed the port “S2” the block valve. NOTE: for clarity , figure does not show the brake hoses.

20. Connect the loose end the hose (10) and the hose (W) the socket (22) , shown figure . NOTE: for clarity , figure does not show the brake hoses.

Remove the side panels (K) from the cab floor

Insulate the battery terminals

Remove the three screws with the relevant washers

Locate the batteries the right - hand side the ma chine. Remove the four screws (R) with the relevant washers and nuts. Remove the battery cover (S) .

Disconnect the positive terminal the battery

Remove the six bolts (T) . Remove the cover (U) the top the front frame.
