Remove the six bolts (T) . Remove the cover (U) the top the front frame.

21. Pass the hydraulic hose (32) under the cab from the front right - hand side. Move the hose (32) through the right - hand side the engine compartment the blade control valve (2) . NOTE: this operation requires two people.

22. Connect the hose (32) the fitting (5) installed the blade control valve (2) , shown in figure .

23. Disconnect the hoses (AA) , (AB) and (AG) from the upper control valve the front the cab. 24. Disconnect the hoses (AC) , (AD) and (AE) from the lower control valve the front the cab.

Remove the fitting (Z) from the port “A” the lower control valve. NOTE: the removal the hoses (AA) , (AB) , (AC) , (AD) , (AE) and (AG) is necessary in order gain access install and tighten the hydraulic hoses and fittings installed.

Remove the jumper cable between the batteries

Remove the bolts (N) with the relevant washers and nuts. Remove the bolt (P) with the relevant washer . Remove the cover assembly (Q) the front frame.

Remove the side panels (K) from the cab floor

Disconnect the negative terminal the battery

Loosen the mounting bolts (L) and remove the cover (M) the hydraulic lines.

Insulate the battery terminals

Remove the three screws with the relevant washers

Locate the batteries the right - hand side the ma chine. Remove the four screws (R) with the relevant washers and nuts. Remove the battery cover (S) .
