Install the blade control valve (2) and bracket (1) assembly the hydraulic tank, the rear the machine. Use the four washers (7) , the four lock washers (8) and the screws (9) fix the blade control valve (2) and bracket (1) assembly the hydraulic tank.

Hydraulic components installation

NOTE: the installation the moldboard control hydraulic hoses requires two people pass the hydraulic hoses through the engine compartment, and, when necessary , under the cab route the hydraulic hoses the front control valves. The hydraulic hoses , (17) , (28) , (29) , (30) , (31) , (32) and (33) are routed the right - hand side the engine compartment. The hydraulic hose (10) is routed the left - hand side the engine compartment. NOTE: when disconnecting the hydraulic lines, keep the hydraulic hoses and fittings plugged until final connection prevent contamination into the hydraulic system.

Connect the hydraulic hose the front fitting (3) (port “T”) installed the blade control valve (2) .
