1
Overspeed of the engine
Then engine ran at over 3000 rpm for more than 0.3 seconds
The throttle shuts down and will not operate until restart.
2
Input signal from the accelerator sensor is out of spec
The voltage of the input signal from the accelerator sensor exceeded limitation. The Input signal from the accelerator sensor does not increase when the idle switch on the carburetor is off.
The throttle shuts down and prevents the starter motor from activating. Will not operate until restart.
3
The idle position sensing switch on the carburetor is not correct
The idle position sensing switch on the carburetor stays at on when the input signal from accelerator sensor opens more than 1/2.
The maximum speed is limited to 150 rpm.
4
The throttle close sensing switch on the carburetor is not correct
During calibration, the ECU did not receive an on-signal from the throttle close-sensing switch.
See #2 above.
5
The throttle open sensing switch is not correct
During calibration, the ECU did not receive an on-signal from the throttle open-sensing switch.
See #3 above.
6
The stepping motor is not correct
The ECU received a throttle close or open signal from the sensing switch during the normal throttle lever stroke (expect high or low idle).
See #1 above.
7
The revolution signalpulse from the distributor is not correct
No revolution signal pulse from the distributor while the voltage of the “L” terminal of the alternator is in the normal operating range.
See #1 above.
8
Alternator is not correct
The voltage of the “L” terminal of the alternator remains lower than limitation over 30 seconds when a revolution signal pulse exists.
See #1 above.
