Recommended weekly checks Check the assembly hook for wear on the contact face with the pin which can increase the pin passage dimension (maximum wear 2 mm). If wear is considerable, consult your CASE Dealer. Check that the safety shaft is not damaged and that it is securely in place. Replace it if necessary.
Incorrect quick coupler operation IMPORTANT: Make sure that the attachment is fully lowered to the ground, stop the engine and remove the starter switch key before carrying out any of the following checks. If the quick coupler does not operate correctly, check the following:

- Check that no pin is broken, bent or lost. - Check that the cylinder is not damaged or bent. - Check that there is no leak, etc. at any hydraulic hose. After carrying out these checks, consult your CASE Dealer.

Any modification of the quick coupler without prior authorization can cause serious injury. Do not undertake any modifications without authorization from your CASE Dealer. IMPORTANT: If your quick coupler is used in particularly harsh conditions (dusty or corrosive environment, etc...) reduce the service intervals accordingly.
