OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS - Operate the controls smoothly to ensure precise movement of the attachment and the machine.

All movements must be sure and smooth. Moving quickly does not mean moving roughly. When traveling with a load, make sure you do the following: - Place the upperstructure in line with the undercarriage. - Bring the load as close as possible to the undercarriage and the ground. - Be sure all travel is undertaken in slow speed only.

The load handling chart shows the various permitted loads which can be lifted at the various reaches depending on the attachment installed on the machine. See “Maximum loads” in the “Specifications” Section. The machine must be on flat, hard, level ground. The loads are given in daN (1 daN = 1.02 kg), for a machine without tool, with the bucket cylinder rod completely retracted, at 360° upperstructure swing, with a safety factor:

The load fixing point is the eye on the bucket connecting rod or the connecting rod/ bucket linkage pin depending on machine serial number. See “Load handling eye” in the “Controls/Instruments/Accessories” Section. The reach is given from the swing axis of the machine and the height is taken from the load fixing point.
