Hyatt Place at Silverton Village is an 88,252 square foot hotel with 150 guest rooms, leisure amenities, business services and 4,000 square feet of hightech meeting space. The hotel is the focal point of Silverton Village, a development intended to bring jobs, amenities, investment and business to a rapidly growing area of Las Vegas. For the project, Helix's team provided and installed a back-up power generator and all lighting, switchgear and fire alarm. Project Manager Robert Cox was excited for the once in a lifetime opportunity to partner with Silverton Casino, an iconic Las Vegas brand.

WeWork at Town Square is an 86,000 square foot office building. The completed project supports the creation and growth of small business in Las Vegas by offering affordable office space for tenants. Project work, which was all in exposed ceiling, included the installation of switchgear; an emergency lighting inverter; owner-provided light fixtures; a Lutron wireless lighting control system; a basket tray for low voltage systems; and power devices. Project Manager Eduardo Hoyuela-Alcaraz said that the project was fast paced, requiring attention to detail and a lot of coordination with other trades.
