Park Lane, an iconic shopping center in Reno, is undergoing a revitalization to become a lifestyle resort property. The 46-acre redevelopment will feature luxury apartments, a 5-star hotel, dining, bars and boutique shopping.
Helix 's scope of work includes four design-build projects and three future design projects, all involving electrical, fire alarm and low voltage systems. Combined, the seven projects total 1,621,996 square feet and contain 981 apartments, 2 parking garages and 170 hotel rooms.
