Located on the famous Sunset Strip, The West Hollywood EDITION is a greenery draped high-rise hotel consisting of 14 levels. The building includes 140 guest rooms, 48 suites, 2 penthouses, 20 residences and over 6,500 square feet of meeting and event space. The project also boasts several amenities, including 2 rooftop pools, rooftop and main-level kitchens and bars, a basement nightclub, a spa, a gym and a lounge area. Helix's scope of work on The EDITION includes 4000A service, submetering, all lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, DAS, equipment hookup and a 1250 KVA generator. About working on the high-end and luxurious hotel, Project Manager Mark Koenigsknecht said, "the project required a tremendous amount of commitment across the entire Helix team, with focus on the finest of details."
