The Peak - voice of the qathet region
The PeakPeak Publishing Ltd. began operation in November 1995 and covers the area from Saltery Bay to Lund, including Texada Island and Savary Island. The Peak is a paid-subscription publication distributed every Thursday. Within the qathet region, carriers deliver the Peak to subscribers' residential homes and is available for sale at participating retail outlets. Peak Publishing's carrier force, including youngsters and adults, numbers more than 50. Thursday's Midweek publication is delivered to subscribers' homes in drop boxes situated next to Canada Post mailboxes and in other convenient locations throughout the region.
