qathet Regional District (qRD) board will consider entering into agreements with Q Climbers Access and Development Association. At the May 27 committee of the whole meeting, directors considered a motion recommending the regional board approve entering into a service provider agreement for development and management of a network of trails and recreational amenities on land and water, which are identified in the qRD trails plan.
