Lady Bulldogs rout S&S, 47-22
Photo by Michelle Carney Peyton Streetman hustles the ball up the court on Tuesday vs. S&S Darci Foster hammered home 12 points to lead the Lady Bulldogs to an easy 47-22 win at home vs the S&S Rams. The win improved Howe to 22-5 on the season and 9-1 in District 10-3A play. The Howe girls took a 15-4 lead to end the first period, but a 16-1 dominating second period gave Howe a commanding 31-5 halftime lead. S&S never scored in doubledigits during any period of the game.
Harvey, who matched Foster's 12 points. Alissa Smith added eight, Holly Hawkins had five and Kayla Anderson totaled four. Hunter Bockelman had three, Emily Sanders had two, and Peyton Streetman chipped in one. The Lady Bulldogs' most wins in a season under head coach Derek Lands is 27, which came in the 2012-13 season. The Lady Bulldogs also had 26 wins back in the 2005-06 season.

Senior, Joaquin Lopez won second Senior, Jessica Doty finished in place, 165 lb class, with a total of sixth place, 181 lb class, with a 1230. total of 535. Senior, Nicholas Roberts finished in ninth place, 198 lb class, with a total of 805.
Senior, Jamie Patterson finished in 11th place, 148 lb class, with a total of 550.
Junior, Tyler Pickett finished 11th place, 220 lb class, with a total of 835.
Sophomore, Kaleigh Windon finished in 11th place, 165 lb class, with a total of 405.
Freshman, Andrew Griffin, 165 lb Junior, Alicia Oviedo finished in class was fourth after squat with a 19th place, 148 lb class, with a squat of 345 lbs, but had trouble on total of 505. bench press. He did go on to deadlift 365.
