SYSTEM / Control System ECO Mode Control (HST Motor) Purpose: When the ECO mode of the ECO mode switch is selected, engine speed can be limited. Therefore, the fuel consumption is less than the normal mode Operation: When ECO mode is selected: • When the ECO mode of the ECO mode switch is selected, the ON signal is sent to the HST control unit. • According to the input signal the HST control unit controls the displacement angle in order to limit the HST motor maximum displacement angle.
When normal mode is selected: • When the normal mode of the ECO mode switch is selected, no signal is sent to the HST control unit. • Therefore, the HST motor maximum displacement angle is not limited.
