Fitting the filter drier 1. Fit the filter drier (6) to the holder (9) using the hose clamp (7).

2. Push the plug onto the pressure switch (5). 3. Screw the pressure line (3) and the suction line (1) to the filter drier (6) with new round seal rings (2 and 4). When doing this, observe the relevant tightening torque – see page 1.4.3, Tightening torques hydraulic fittings.

4. Air conditioning unit – filling up the refrigerant, see page 2.3.1. 5. Check the function and check for leaks.
Removing the condenser Remove refrigerant at the connections (D, pressure side) and (S, suction side) of the air conditioner hoses by suction. This should be done very slowly to prevent refrigerant oil from being extracted as well. Caution! The regulations of the unit manufacturer (air conditioner filling/extraction unit) must be observed.
