7 Fitting the evaporator

1.Insert the evaporator(7) into the cab roof. 2.Push the expansion valve(10) with new round seal rings onto the line connections of the evaporator(7) and screw the holding plate(D) on. (Fig.9,10,11)

3.Push the suction line(23) and pressure line(24) with new round seal rings(9 and 11) into the expansion valve(10) and screw on the holding plate(C). (Fig.9,10,11)

4.Bend the capillary tube (K) of the temperature switch(14) 80mm by 90º from the end, and carefully push into the evaporator(7) in(X and Y). (X)= 60mm (Y)= 30mm

12 Attention!

Force should never be used to push in the capillary tube(K) and it should not be bent over.
