Unscrew the air conditioner compressor from the engine. (Fig.66)
Fitting the compressor
1.Screw the air conditioner compressor to the engine.
In doing this, the hex head bolts must be fitted with a liquid thread sealing compound, e.g.
DELO-ML-5349, (Partno.0201801.1), and tightened down. When doing this, observe the relevant tightening torque –see page1.4.1, Tightening torques screws. (Fig.67)
2.Screw the air conditioner hoses back onto the compressor at the flange(S), using new round seal rings. (Fig.68)
