Hinge up the cab roof. Unscrew the cover(A) from the top of the cab. (Fig.16)

Remove the holding plate(B). Pull out the suction pipe(23) and the pressure pipe(24) and close the ends off with plugs. (Fig.9,17)

Remove the holding plate(D). Pull the expansion valve(10) off and seal both connections off on each side using plugs. (Fig.9,18)

Fitting the expansion valve

1.Push the expansion valve(10) with new round seal rings onto the line connections of the evaporator(7) and screw the holding plate(D) on. (Fig.9,19)
