___________________________________________________Operation IDLER ROLLERS (CUSTOMER SUPPLIED) purpose The idler rollers provide a means of supporting the return belt that runs through the BTP and also to guide the return belt away from frame structure. They can even act as a snub roller to deflect the belt down toward the tail pulley.

manufacturer for details on the material and design of this item. DBT America will not have nor maintain any information for this item.
maintenance Follow the recommended procedure given by the pulley manufacturer.
If no information is available, then use the following as a guide only! Verify that the roller is turning freely and that all bolts on the bearings are tightly in place. Grease bearings by following the procedure found in the “Lubrication System” section. Replace or repair any damaged components as necessary.
