purpose The multi-function control valve bank provides a simple and effective way to individually control all crawler functions from a central location.

The multi-function control valve bank consists of a machined high strength steel feed block that has individual flipper valve housings bolted to it by two bolts each. The valve housings are constructed from high strength machined steel and contain an open center valve that is controlled by a single flipper finger valve that bolts to the front of the block. The main pressure on the feed block are ½” and the return line port is ¾” female staple lock. The control line ports on the individual valve slices are 1/2” staple lock. The valve bank is capable of operating at 345bar and 150 l/m.

Each shift visually ensures that the hydraulic components and hoses are not leaking or damaged. Replace or repair any missing or damaged components as required. Monthly check and clean the small filter found in the feed block and replace as needed.

Depress and hold the flipper control with either thumb or finger until the desired action is achieved. The flipper valve will then operate the valve spool via pilot pressure.
