___________________________________________________Operation FIXED FLOW CONTROL VALVE
purpose The flow control valve is used to maintain a constant flow coming into the belt tailpiece from the external hydraulic power source.
construction The flow control valve has a high strength steel body with machined steel internal parts. The inlet and outlet ports are all 1” NPT female and the entire unit is designed to operate at 345bar and 150 l/m.
maintenance Each shift visually ensures that the hydraulic components and hoses are not leaking or damaged. Replace or repair any missing or damaged components as required.
operation Self-operating.

Use caution while operating or maintaining the flow control valve since the system is under extreme pressure.
Do not perform work on or attempt to disconnect any of the hydraulic hoses while pressurized. DANGER

To avoid contaminating the interior areas of the flow control valve, it is not recommended to perform any type of extensive repair work while underground.
