Every 2000 hours 28. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM - Change oil F

WARNING Fluid under pressure: turn cap slowly to relieve pressure before removing it. AVOID POLLUTING THE ENVIRONMENT. Dispose of batteries, lubricating, cooling and hydraulic fluids, filter elements or cleaning rags impregnated with these fluids in accordance with national and local regulations, classifying these materials as polluting, hazardous or dangerous. Never use gasoline, solvents or other inflammable fluids to clean parts. Use approved commercial solvents which are non-flammable and atoxic.

Refilling Fill the tank with oil up to max level A; install plug D.

Drainage - Position machine level, with attachments flat on the ground; - remove filler plug and unscrew plug T to drain oil from the tank; Wash plug T and magnetic rod Z with appropriate solvent.

WARNING Prior to starting the engine, warn all people who may be servicing or working around machine Do not run the engine of this machine in closed areas without proper ventilation to remove deadly exhaust fumes. Wash with solvent, and if necessary, change suction filter F, located in correspondence with the flange connecting the oil suction piping (front right side of reservoir). To perform this operation, it is necessary to tilit the cab.

Start the engine; lift and lower the blade (and ripper frame, if any) several times to fill the cylinders and lines. Add oil in tank, repeatedly. Place the machine on level ground. With blade (and ripper) on ground, engine idling, oil cold, check oil level is between HIGH gauge A and LOW gauge B; make up oil level if necessary.
