LIST OF RESIDUAL DANGERS
This machine has been designed and manufactured so as to be intrinsically safe. All possible precautions have been taken to prevent or to limit situations of danger or risks for personal health and safety. However, the arrangement, the activity and the operational environment present risks natural with the job, thus cannot be eliminated. For them a warning is given here below:
LIST OF RESIDUAL RISKS CONNECTED WITH THE OPERATION OF THE MACHINE.
- Possibility of hitting against obstructions, or against other vehicles. - Possibility of falling into holes, ravines, watercourses. - Possibility of roll-over due to caving-in of the terrain. - Possibility of being hit by landslides, falling rocks, earth. - Being involved by falling structures or trees. - Possibility of contact with high voltage electric lines or flammable or pressurized fluid pipelines. - Possibility of having the machine temporarily immobilized by an external failure or damage. - Possibility of shaking or fatiguing for a too fast travel on rough terrain. LIST OF RESIDUAL RISKS CONNECTED WIHT REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE
- Injuries, amputations, burns in the engine compartment, if interventions are performed with engine running. - Burns caused by contact with hot parts such as: muffler, hydraulic pipings, valves, oil sumps. - Splashes or injection of harmful fluids under pressure, when working on hydraulic systems without having first discharged residual pressure. - Inhaling or touching acid fumes/liquids, when working on batteries without appropriate precautions. - Cuts, bruises caused by careless handling of inner mechanical components, after their disassembly.
These risks are minimized when adopting: - elementary rules for care in the operation or repairs/ maintenance interventions; - obey the warnings and recommendatios provided in this Manual.
Study SAFETY RULES in the front of this manual thoroughly for the protection of machine and safety of personnel
