e. Connect PTO Clutch Feed, if required. Some PTOs are clutchapplied. Use transmission main pressure from the main pressure tap for applying the PTO clutch. Refer to Figure 4–1 for the location of the main pressure tap and Figure 4–3 for a typical plumbing schematic when this feature is needed. This connection can be made later if the clutch apply line will interfere with transmission installation. 4–4. INSTALLING FILL TUBE AND SEAL a. Location. The fill tube may be mounted on either the right or left side. The unused fill tube provision must have a plug to fill the tube opening.
