UNCOUPLING FROM DRIVELINE, ENGINE, AND VEHICLE
Lubricate the gasket the controlmain filter with transmission fluid. Install, hand, the controlmain filter until the gasket the controlmain filter touches the converter housing cooler manifold.
CAUTION: T urning the controlmain filter more than ONE FULL TURN after gasket contact will damage the filter .
T urn the filter ONE FULL TURN ONL Y after gasket contact. Reinstall the drain plug and sealing washer . Tighten the drain plug 30–40
N∙m (22–30 lb ft) .
