L’industria molitoria europea del tenero si incontra a Venezia The European soft wheat milling industry meets in Venice
T
he European Flour Millers’ Congress will be held in Venice from 26 to 28 May at the prestigious Hilton Molino Stucky Hotel, bringing together the main players in the European milling business. The Congress welcomes delegates for a unique opportunity to extend business networks and explore new business opportunities. The conference session will welcome renowned experts who will present their insights into the economic, political and social trends that will shape the business environment for millers in the years to come: climate change and biodiversity, carbon farming and innovation for a more sustainable milling process, but also energy and high volatility in grain prices.
