through the Performance Review process, identify training and development needs, in consultation with team members, and

ensure that relevant information arising from audits, grievances and disciplinary procedures are, in consultation with team members concerned, incorporated into training needs identification.

Branded Group’s responsibilities are to: ●

ensure the effective implementation, coordination and monitoring of this policy, including the provision and distribution of resources to support team members’ development, and

maintain records relating to external training activities, including the cost and duration of the training.

Managers Guide to Learning and Development: Training Plans In identifying training needs, Managers may choose to: ●

identify the classes of products and services in which team members require training,

identify the main procedures where team members need training,

identify any specialist areas where there are limited numbers of trained team members, and where there would be a significant impact on Branded Group if any of the trained team members left,

identify obvious training times or required timeframes (for example – quieter times of the year or just before a major project commences), and
