Your Manager will request you to go through your assessment of your performance, and then they will clarify from their perspective, your areas of strength and areas for growth.

You will be given the opportunity to discuss any questions you may have about your role or work with Branded Group. Discussion will also occur about your training and development needs.

Your Manager will then discuss their assessment of your work performance and any comments they have made.

Agreed actions, goals and learning and development priorities will be discussed. Notes will be taken to allow the completion of the Performance Review Form.

After the Meeting

You and your Manager sign the Performance Review Form if you agree that it is an accurate reflection of the discussion. This does not mean that you need to agree with the assessment, just that you agree with the content of the discussion. If you disagree with the assessment, you are entitled to attach a note to the form stating your disagreement with the assessment, and the reasons why.

You and your Manager will keep copies of the form, with the original being kept on your personnel file.

Any agreed actions must be actioned.
