Come in and enjoy some playtime in the water. The class will be divided into structured play and activities and discovery time. A great way to meet other parents and grandparents in the community. Parent participation is required.

This swim and aquatic activity group will have fun and work on their swimming skills, endurance, try aquatic sports and play games. Participants will build confidence in the water while having a ton of fun with their friends. Swimming ability: must be comfortable in deep water and be able to swim 25 metres. Synchronized Swimming
SCHOOL AGE Red Cross Babysitter’s Course Ages 11+ Learn to care for children of various ages. Basic first aid and personal safety measures are emphasized throughout this workshop. Participants will also learn a variety of age appropriate games to give them the tools to be a great babysitter. A training manual is included in the course fee. A Red Cross Babysitters certification card will be provided upon successful completion of the course. Ages 7-14
This new program will introduce participants to the basic skills of synchronized swimming, such as sculling, underwater movement and orientation, breath control, formations, and artistic athleticism. There will be a focus on flexibility, endurance, and overall comfort and confidence in the water, as well as elements of musicality and performance. Must be able to swim 50m continuously, and tread water for one minute. The program will end with a showcase for family and friends to come see what synchro is all about! Includes 15 minute dryland warm up.
