A Letter from the Editor

November 2020

Ed’s Letter 2020 is nearly done and it’s been such a tough year that many are looking forward to 2021 – to be honest I’m in that group. Personally it’s been a very tough year and I am glad I have Supernal to be working on to fill my days.

This issue covers some fascinating insights into the world of the crystal kingdom.

Chatting with Deputy Ed, Freya yesterday, I realised it’s been 12 months since I studied Crystal Dreaming™ under her tutelage in Western Australia with an amazing group of people.

Becoming a Crystal Dreaming™ practitioner has been a journey unto itself. It took a couple of months to assimilate the energy shifts this training bought about, then when I was ready to start sessions with my students, Covid-19 hit and that’s as far as it’s gone.

Now as Melbourne starts to open up again I am excited to be getting ready to continue that part of the journey.

The relevance to Crystal Dreaming™ has shown me how to work with crystals in a very different way to how I have previously.

I love my crystals and the connection with the Fetish (consciousness) that dwells within has always felt special to me.

Pondering that relationship is an interesting thing to do. I feel drawn to choose a crystal to wear, to do healing work with or to take home from the shop. Have you ever wondered why our intuition kicks in when we are choosing a crystal? I believe whole heartedly that it’s the Fetish that calls to us, to our crystalline self, responding to our energy and thoughts with an unwavering need to share their love and energetic support.

It’s this love and support that really connects on a heart level with all beings on this planet and beyond. Crystals have so much information to share with us mere mortals that one could spend a lifetime working with them, and every crystal connection will offer yet more information of one description or another.

Queens and Princesses

I long ago discovered that it is the Queen who truly runs the castle, often despised by many, whilst the king as a figure head, rallies in self and speedy gratification, indulgence and war. The Queen is usually very well equipped with secret potions and an entourage of espionage and secrets in order to keep not only the peace, but the financial, if not moral, equilibrium of the kingdom as best she can.

Like everyone else in lockdown in Melbourne for too many months to actually count and still no glorious moments at the cinema on the horizon, I have been tuning in to miniseries on paid and free-to-air television.

I have always felt that history repeats and our modern times are still very much as they were throughout history.

This month I would really like to recommend a trilogy of series created from a set of historical novels by Phillipa Gregory. The White Queen, The White Princess and The Spanish Princess in that order. I was thoroughly absorbed as I do like historical novels, films and mini-series, especially when they relate to the royal kingdoms and the interactions and intrigue, lies, romances, both above board and illicit.

Will a time come where there is in fact translucency, equality and peace within political parties, states, countries, continents and corporations? That remains to be seen, but why don’t you venture into history and be reminded of the daily play around us.

Some like the ‘Handmaids Tale’, which take us into the future, where they are taken to task, to live a utilitarian life as in the past. It seems no matter where you look in history, there are those who vie for control and those whom tirelessly bid for freedom, there is inequality between the sexes and warring between sectors.

Time for a change, to create a new his or her story now! Think about it, how would you write a script where it pans out wonderfully for everyone? Or would it?

DRN1 United Radio Media PTY LTD launches Perth’s very own LGBTIQA+ online radio station. Launched on 6th November at 6pm, DRN1 United brings Perth’s LGBTIQA+ community and supporters together for the first time on radio since the closure of Perth’s First LGBTIQA+ station Queerhunt Radio (Queer FM) 10 years ago.

Rockin’ Rock Boffin

By Anthony Kilner There’s something about living and working with crystals that is simply special. When I came across Bianca McGuirk whose life is crystals, it was worth digging a little deeper into her life.

Who is Bianca?

“I am the eldest daughter in my family, I have children, am a crazy cat lady, love Australian music, travelling and would happily live under a rock. I am SheEarth’s resident Rock Boffin. I say rock boffin rather than Gemmologist because, whilst I am a certified Gemmologist and Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Australia (FGAA), my interest and experience with gems goes far beyond the scientific identification and classification of stones.”

What got you interested in gems, rocks and crystals?

“My family have collected and worked with stones for generations and some of my earliest memories are playing with nana and pop’s gems in the back shed. I have always been captivated by them: even if it wasn’t my profession, I’d always work with stones in one way or another.”

Has your family been involved in crystals all their lives?

“Yes, for many generations.

My great-great-great grandmother was one of the first female jewellers in

Melbourne and my mum grew up travelling around Australia fossicking for gemstones – it is very much in our blood.”

Why Gemmology?

“I am an eccentric scientist at heart and have always had an inquisitive mind. At school I focused on science subjects and have always had a gift for identifying stones; I could look at a stone and tell you what it was straight away. So, when we started our business and I had other people in the industry bringing stones to me to identify, it was a natural progression to formerly study gemmology.”

Working in a crystal shop, what’s the tie up between the physical crystals and spiritual nature of crystals in your life?

“My family’s business is based upon our love of gems and we all have our own avenue of interest. For me, I particularly enjoy the intersection between the scientific and metaphysical use of gemstones.

For example, Kunzite is a beautiful stone that can be difficult to obtain, as much of it goes to the medical industry as a source of Lithium for antidepressants. Metaphysically it is used to boost mental health and wellbeing. It’s where the scientific and metaphysical uses align that I find really interesting.”

What would be your favourite crystal?

“I don’t have just one. I have a whole list and, like most people, I go through phases where I am super keen on certain stones then move forward to others.

Some of my all-time favourite minerals are Amazonite, Chrysoprase, Charoite, Carnelian, Amber, Dioptase, Kunzite and Lepidolite. I own far too many pieces of each; I could coat myself in them and it still wouldn’t be enough.

“Oh, and I think everybody should own a piece of Black Tourmaline – it’s a Must. Everyone needs at least one good piece of Tourmaline in their life!”

interview In your experience, why are people fascinated with crystals?

“I think, with the advancements in technology and how much time we spend staring at screens indoors, people are craving to get back to basics and reconnect with nature.

Gemstones are a beautiful way to achieve that. Also, I think we are just intuitively drawn to what we need.

Usually, when a stone grabs your attention and you look it up, you’ll see it is exactly the one you need. Always go with your instincts.”

When people are looking for crystals, do they know exactly what they want, or do they ask for specific advice?

“When people come in-store they often have a purpose in mind but don’t know which stone or stones to go for, so we will show them several, explaining the purpose of each one, whilst encouraging people to go with the one that draws them. Even if you are choosing a stone for someone else, you visualise that person in your mind’s eye so you are essentially plugging into them and can choose which specific piece suitable for them. The great thing is, there is no right or wrong - just what is best for you.”

How do you recommend people care for their crystals?

“It depends on the stone and how it’s being used.

It is important to be mindful that not all stones are water-friendly, so if you want to energetically cleanse your stones, use them as an elixir or even just give them a physical clean, you should double-check that they water resistant first. Water can physically damage the stone and can even cause a reaction on a chemical level, resulting in something not so great, especially if ingested.”

Who do you find buys crystals?

“People from all walks of life use crystals for all sorts of reasons. There is often a misconception that it is only new-age hippies who are into gems, or that they are specimen pieces or used in lapidary work. However, it’s not just scientists or energy workers who use them. People come to us that use them as

items of cultural significance, landscapers and builders or construction workers who use them both as physical tools and visual feature pieces, teachers and counsellors who use gems as a form of therapy for their physical feel and texture, different religions, including mainstream, use various stone for rituals or rites of passage, and artists and interior designers often want a piece purely for its aesthetics. We really do see people from all walks of life using gems for every purpose you can imagine.”

The Rise and Fall of

Atlantis & Lemuria

Infinite ideas exist about Lemuria, Atlantis, Ancient Aliens and inexplicable structures around the Earth.

Even with today’s building technologies, we’re still unable to move stone blocks of such mammoth size or replicate many of the geometries, perfect measurements, cuts and fit of the stones.

Whilst today the internet is host to mountains of channelled information, books and docu-series on the subject, over centuries these conundrums have led to misinterpretations, leaving many archaeologists and scientists scratching their heads.

Generally, Lemuria (Mu) is considered as a utopian civilization and, although they achieved a time of high-consciousness, most in that era were not truly in physical bodies. Rather they were in an etheric state and did not face the difficulties required of life in Earthly physicality.

Through the accounts I have researched, it’s agreed that Lemuria never achieved the advanced level that existed in Atlantis’s Golden Age of 40,000 BC to 18,000 BC: the time when gods walked with men and all knew joyful expression.

“Through the accounts I have researched, it’s agreed that Lemuria never achieved the advanced level that existed in Atlantis’s Golden Age…” The origins of the Atlantis mystery hark back to Plato,

the Athenian classical period philosopher from Ancient Greece.

Plato describes Atlantis as an island nation in his dialogues Timaeus and Critias. Since then it’s become the object of fascination among western philosophers and historians for around 2400 years. Plato (c.424 - 328BC) describes Atlantis as a spiritually and technologically advanced, powerful kingdom, which apparently sank into the ocean over a night and a day around 9600 BC. The ancient Greeks couldn’t agree whether Plato’s story was meant to be interpreted as historical fact or metaphor.

Since the 19th C, there’s been inspirational insight into the connection between Plato’s Atlantis and historical locations. The most popular of these being the Greek island of Santorini, destroyed by a volcanic eruption around 1600 BC. Plato describes Atlantis as an island larger than Libya and Asia Minor combined, referencing its location in the Atlantic, just beyond the Pillars of Hercules. This is generally interpreted as the Strait of Gibraltar and protected by the God Poseidon, who elevated his son Atlas to kingship and namesake of the island and

feature the Atlantic Ocean that surrounded it.

As Atlantians grew increasingly powerful, it’s said that their ethics declined. According to Plato, their armies conquered Africa as far as Egypt and into Europe as far as Tyrrhenia (Etruscan Italy), before being driven back by an Athenian led alliance. Sometime later, by way of ‘divine punishment,’ the island was beset by earthquakes and floods and sank into a muddy sea.

Other channelled accounts tell that the second deluge in 17,500 BC was the final phase of Atlantis.

The Utopian Golden Age subsided and Atlantis split into five islands. The three major islands, known as Poseida, Aryan and Og. The two smaller islands were under the rule of the Aryan Race - Atalya and Eyre. The benevolent government ‘rule by a Kingdom,’ passed into the phase of a confederation - state governments in present terms, who ruled each of the islands. An aristocracy of sorts evolved, that consisted of two opposing ideologies; the Atla-Ra Scientist Priesthood of the ‘Law-ofOne’, based predominantly on the Isle of Poseida and the Aryan Race of ‘The Sons of Belial’ based on the Isle of Aryan. The island of

Aryan exerted influence and political control over Og, Atalya and Eyre and so on it goes until present time.

Other famous accounts of Atlantis include those of Edgar Cayce, considered one of the most prolific prophets of our time and often compared to Nostradamus. He was actually far more prolific and accurate than Nostradamus, with his 14,000 plus readings.

Cayce gave psychic readings for people that were in great difficulty or suffering and also prophesised world events, past and future, including the Lost City of Atlantis. His specific detailed predictions and visions on Atlantis concerned its discovery, history and destruction. He said that a new land would appear in 1968/9, off the east coast of North America, the “rising of Atlantis.” During that time ‘Bimini Road’ was discovered in the Atlantic Ocean and is still debated today.

Every account describes Lemuria as watery and Atlantis as filled with crystalline structures and technology.

In all of my years of researching this subject, there is one account, which made sense out of all of the reading from the Crystal Dreaming™ sessions. The account is that of Justin

Moikeha Asar, creator of The Liquid Crystals™, an involved story, which I’ll outline briefly.

Justin on his website explains that the Pleiadeans mastered water, H2O to a high spiritual level: Liquid Light Technology (LLT), with no equal in its ability to direct, magnify and retain ‘The Source of all’ or God. Through this Pleiadeans became the most revered healers in the universe.

Mastery of H2O meant that a being of free will could create anything. They created a perfect world with vast water for The Light Bearers of the United Universe, a race of beings who were willing to come closer to 3D form than ever before.

The Pleiadeans travelled to Nibiru, described as Earth’s sister planet, where three races feline, reptilian and bird, holding the three virtues of Source - Love, Power and Wisdom were at war with one another.

Their dependence on one another for balance, created separation due to their judgement, having forgotten their purpose to unite and carry their physically perfected virtues back to Oneness.

They decided to extract the essences of Love, Power and Wisdom, by means of LLT, to create a single race holding

all three virtues, as would all life on the ‘perfect world’ they were creating. From this the blueprint for the human race was manifested.

In Lemuria there was no dis-ease, the most drastic of delusions being a lack in integrity and alignment to one’s physical body, the Earth Light. This misalignment was healed using seven Master Crystals, a mixture of geometry and LLT, created by a priesthood due to the secret desire of Lemurians to enter Earthly physicality, where the absolute had not yet been mastered, and this judgement changed everything. Using free will, Lemurians began to take ownership of crystals and they made their way onto land and Atlantis.

Once 57 percent of Lemurians entered the physical, the ability to hold the etheric watery Lemuria had to be surrendered to the Universe. This was a one-way ticket and those who were not rescued by the Galactic Federation, returned to Oneness.

In the Universe, Lemuria and Earth was seen as a work of art, complete in every way, aligned with the Source of all. It remained as such for 1000’s of years - the light of the Universe - the Garden of Eden. Lemuria was an ancient intergalactic name for all of the water-covered surfaces of Earth. The surface was forbidden and it was understood that if one entered the world beyond the sea, they could never return. We now re-enact the story of leaving the water every time a child is born and takes its first breath.

In the new world Atlantis, the Lemurians desired to recreate Lemuria in the physical, yet had a large set of new challenges. Dis-eases required new minerals and this sparked a movement toward new healing and mining abilities. The more advanced they became at solving dis-ease, the bigger the dis-ease challenges that presented and the scientists were successful for some time.

Atlantis was not just one island, nor was it a number of them with one city. It was the whole land mass

on Earth (Urantia) and the Atlantian’s were the beings who lived there.

A group of Atlantian’s, now known as the HighPriesthood (HP), were dedicated to the old Lemurian principles. As in Mu, they made LLT from each new crystal that the Earth offered as a cure to dis-ease. Members of the HP evolved to a level spiritually that had not been seen in the Universe before.

Their high water content and their embrace of the three virtues, truly made them gods on Earth. They built 10 temples and cities surrounded by circular walls, as they remembered from Mu with each city a centre for learning principles for life and spirituality.

As technology increased and healing progressed, so did dis-ease. The Earth, too young, tried in vain to hold the Atlantian race.

Things on Earth were coming to breaking point and at about that time the HP was infiltrated by a group with a hidden agenda, one linked heavily into technology.

Instead of continuing to create The Liquid Crystals to cure, the new faction was focused on creating a new genetic adaptation, hence Noah’s ark. Unfortunately, this broke natural law and sealed the demise of Atlantis.

Thoth took the reins as he was the wisest and as soon as he was able, he transcended into light, becoming the key guiding light to human civilisation, guiding many of the great minds that have since been born.

Eventually Earth couldn’t sustain Atlantian culture and in an act of self-love, dissolved itself in cataclysms of quakes, wind, water and fire.

Record keeper crystals were the means by which the Lemurians and Atlantians stored information for the generations to come, to ensure they would have a greater chance of ascension, leaving the errors of the past behind.

History of the Crystal Skulls My personal journey with the Crystal Skull Collective began around 2007 when I purchased my first small carved rose quartz skull, which immediately told me his name was Edward! My interest in the mystery of the crystal skulls had started many years before that: I have been aligned with crystals for about 40 years, making me sound as ancient as the skulls themselves.

gatherings here in Australia, experiencing the strange and bizarre in its highest form.

The truth around the crystals skulls is very close to the legends of the 13 skulls and the film Indian Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

They are an enigma and exist in the etheric realms as well as in the physical. It is said, and I feel this to be true, that the crystal skulls were given by the star brothers and sisters, extra-terrestrial beings, to be utilised in the times of Lemuria and Atlantis and carved by ancients through the cycles of civilisations. (Read more on Page 14).

Crystal skulls are carved in many forms, whether it is human, animal, mythical or ET from all types of mineral or crystals. Like other crystals, they are used in therapy and healing sessions, placed in grids, used to ‘scry’ or simply appreciated as the beautiful carvings they are.

After purchasing Edward, my own collective family of skulls increased and I discovered a world-wide forum of crystal skull caretakers. Soon, I found myself attending and presenting at international conferences and holding

Crystal skulls are the original ‘computers’, which is why so many of the ancient crystal skulls that have been discovered are of varieties of quartz. Quartz has the immense capacity to store and hold memory and it is said that in ancient tribes, the shaman, chief or wise-person would transfer their wisdom into the skull. The person who

inherited the position after the death of the elder, understood how to tap into this storehouse of knowledge and, over time, add their own wisdom to the crystal library.

Through the ages the crystal skulls remain revered. Many still seek to discover ‘lost and hidden’ skulls and draw on the history and mystery they hold. Even the most modern technological equipment cannot give definite answers as to how, why or when these ancient ones were carved.

feature Having been blessed and chosen as part of my own destiny to be a recognised and respected crystal skull guardian, I have been able to sit and personally connect with ancient and internationally well-known skulls. I have also had in my care the Mongolian Skulls, known as the timeless ones and recognised to be of ancient origin. I can vouch that the energy of ancient and highly activated skulls, such as Max or Synergy, the Mitchell Hedges skull, is inexplicable and they are able to transfer their essence, even if you are watching a documentary about them or looking at a photograph.

Crystal skulls, whether modern or ancient, work together as a collective storehouse: givers and receivers of energy, vibration and frequency designed to assist the human race in remembering their origins, integral blueprint and reason for existence. A gathering of crystal skulls and their caretakers, especially of international flavour, can create a huge amount of energy that is held and released, uploaded and downloaded from skull to humans and skulls to skulls.

There is also the personal side to the crystal skulls. They are such an intimate life force energy and, rather than merely ‘a collection’, they

The skulls radiate the ultimate energy of love and light, for they are without agenda and hold strong intention. Regardless of the circumstance in which the skulls abide, their energy is currently impossible for the human race to harness completely, as we simply have not been ready.

Although some say that they can be used for black magic, as they symbolise death, danger and poison.

They are in fact: harbingers of communication, awareness, perception, and healing.

They are Earth’s spirit, living crystal devas, the sovereignty and example of ‘As Above, So Below’. They are from unknown beginnings in realms unseen, journeying to be inspiration and creation on Earth.

As crystal skull devotees, we refer to ourselves as guardians or caretakers, for we never know when a skull will say it’s ready to move on and find its way to where it needs to be.

Covertness is not a trap we can afford for this reason. In this way, I have received some crystal skulls which have come from guardians elsewhere around the planet and equally, I have gifted many skulls, some very expensive

and activated ones at that, which now reside and work around the world.

It certainly has been the ultimate pleasure and privilege to journey with the ‘spirit of light’ of the crystal skulls.

Crystals are formed through the elements; some by pressure in the Earth, some by fire, some by water and sun. Others transmogrify or metamorphose, while others are self-healed. What are Lemurian (LRK) and Atlantian Record Keeper (ARK) Crystals?

This is the way that both Lemurian and Atlantian peoples stored their wisdom for future generations at the times that their respective civilisations were destroyed.

They chose crystals for the same reason that they are a prominent part of technology today.

Piezoelectricity is the electric charge that accumulates in certain solid materials, such as crystals, some ceramics and biological matter, including bone, DNA and some proteins, resulting from pressure and latent heat.

In particular, Clear Quartz has the most piezoelectrical charge; therefore they are the best for programming.

Also, tabular quartz crystals are useful, the equivalent of an external hard drive, as they hold a lot more information than a memory stick.

It is generally thought that both LRK and ARK are Clear Quartz, however this is not so. I also have Ruby, Sapphire, Fluorite, Tanzanite and Smoky Quartz, which are record keepers.

ARK’s come in flat, raised and sunken triangular shapes. They can be recognised by raised triangles that appear on the main facets of the stones’ termination, pointing upward toward the apex of the termination. This is generally not easy to see when they are flat.

Both flat and raised RK’s activate cellular memory, assisting in retrieving information from one’s lineage or past lives. They operate as a key, unlocking what’s held in our cellular structure. Most of this information is Atlantian, although information from other civilizations and Star Seed nations has also been received. It’s said, only the soul who programmed the crystal is able to fully access its information, though anyone who has experienced life on Atlantis can trigger memories.

side facets. These markings are unique encrypted codes that appear in the form of glyphs or markings, similar to Arabic writing, geometric symbols and patterns, rectangles, squares, and triangles. They also may have linear patterns such as deep barcodes, not Lemurian striation markings, more like dots and etchings, which resemble a meteor shower effect coming from either the left side or right side of the crystal.

Centre yourself and invoke, closing your eyes and breathing for 2 – 3 minutes.

Accessing records can be completed over time and through meditating with these and other crystals.

Notice the messages it has for you. If nothing comes, that is perfect too.

A simple practice: Find a peaceful space and comfortable position, with no distractions.

Record everything in a journal.

Repeat with each crystal, expressing gratitude after each experience.

End your meditation by breathing once more, opening your eyes when ready and give thanks.

– Crystal Therapy The journey into discovering the therapeutical power of the crystal kingdom is immense and ongoing, for the hidden elements of crystal frequency has continued to reveal itself throughout the shifts of many civilisations.

There is a plethora of crystal healing teachers, courses and books, so use discernment in which is right for you, have

a goal for achievement and then any and every direction is yours to take. It will unfold in the most amazing ways.

A good quality set of healing crystals will give you enough variety of colour and mineral to work with. These will align with chakras, organs and basic bodily ailments, emotional issues and resonate with the human spiritual frequency safely.

“There is a plethora of crystal healing teachers, courses and books, so use discernment in which is right for you…”

As you become more adept, you may like to include other elements into the session, including sound, oracle or crystal inspired cards, Reiki, spiritual healing and guided meditation. You may find that you ‘tune in’ to your client and receive insight on a psychic level, so it is of utmost importance that you discuss, what is involved and what they are comfortable with before you begin the session.

You can be as creative as you like, so long as you remember to follow the guidance of the crystals and your intuition and have set an intention of the highest good for the client. Also, calling in the presence of Spirit, Angelic Healers, the Crystal Devas, or Mother Earth’s vibrations are all beautiful ways to enhance any session.

Important Points: Request permission to touch the body when laying crystals in areas that may be sensitive or private. A client information or indemnity form and healing record may be of benefit.

Provide a good, comfortable safe, clean, smudged area with a bed or chair and clean throw rug for the client’s comfort.

feature with a cloth, sound, smudging or laying them outside in the sun, under the moon, or in good clean dirt to detoxify, according to your preference and the type of minerals used. There are crystals too, like Selenite and Amethyst that are great vibrational cleansers for other crystals.

When you lay the crystals on the more sensitive parts of the body, let the client know of the placement as you go, so they remain relaxed. For areas such as the 3rd eye, very gently rub the area and warm the crystal in your hand for a moment and let the client know you are placing it.

“Learn to understand the language of crystals and what they show you in every session.”

It is interesting to note that the crystals themselves do not have to be in physical form.

You can lay crystal oracle cards or invoke the etheric crystal energy to enhance the physical healing grid.

Crystals can be laid on and around the body and will often slide off when they have run their allotted and appropriate time on the individual. Learn to understand the language of crystals and what they show you in every session.

Crystal healing therapy sessions can range from a quick cleanse and rebalance, to a thorough, intimate and intense healing and remember, the aftermath can be quite intense.

Both practitioners and clients need to be prepared and the client should be advised to hydrate and rest after any session.

Be guided by the crystals and where they wish to be placed.

Do not stress about having the exact mineral that is associated with any particular ailment, as very often you will be surprised by where the crystals guide you to place them.

You may like to ask the client if they would like to choose one or more of the crystals to be used. This is a good way to initiate a two-way contact and gives the person a sense of being an active participant in their own healing session.

You can do a complete chakra rebalance on its own; however, I recommend a short pendulum balancing assessment session before and after any crystal healing therapy. In this way, each session is an individual story; the preface, the body copy and the conclusion.

Remember that the crystals will invoke release and work with body, mind and soul or spirit. The practitioner is merely the conduit that may enable and activate the healing, which the client and their soul is prepared to receive.

Chakra Balance Therapy Session: With the client lying or sitting, use a pendulum that has been cleared and reprogrammed for the session, allowing it to swing neatly over the body and chakra points of the client. The swing of the pendulum may become haphazard as you find imbalances and blockages, which you can clear with intention, words and crystals.

Some pendulums work better than others for divining and balancing the chakras, depending on the mineral or substance from which they are made.

Water is Life

As a part of understanding all things crystalline, we’ve also put together some interesting information about the most common substance on Earth.

Water is with us every moment of our lives. Our bodies are just like the surface of the Earth, at least 70 percent water, which plays a key role in how information is exchanged.

Like the human body, the Earth maintains a constant amount of water and when this is reduced, or at least one of its amazing features is changed, then life on Earth will vanish. In effect, water is the medium through which all nature is governed.

Science has not yet been able to answer the question of why water is the only substance on the planet that can exist in three states; liquid, solid and gaseous.

The water, of course, remains water however, its structure,

Informational dissonance is poisoning the water, accumulating layer by layer in its memory. If that process was to continue endlessly, the water would lose its ability to support life. However, water is endowed with a selfcleansing capacity, which occurs at the moment of phase transition.

They have shown that it is not merely one word; instead it is a combination of two: Love and Gratitude.

Crystals – Really?

The conversion of a sceptic!

By Jane Offer From the moment we become aware that we are experiencing a spiritual journey, information is presented to us from every direction. The contents of the information are many and varied, appearing as we need it and not always in a logical order. Some of it stretches our embedded thought patterns, as it is so far from what we have known before and we can become quite challenged by the inner conflict it can cause.

We also have people around us that may not understand such things, declaring that it’s rubbish and that we have ‘lost the plot.’

Crystals and their uses fell into this category for me in my early days. It made no sense to me that a piece of stone, however beautiful, could affect my health, my thought process and my vibration.

And what was that all about - my vibration? As I said, this was early on, so crystals were not on my radar, as my introduction to the practical side of metaphysics lay in

past lives and communication with those that had passed.

Now here I was, confronted by some very sincere people telling me that a piece of rock, could and would, change my life!

Over time, I learned a great deal about healing and the vibration of the electromagnetic fields that exist around and within every living entity. Concurrently, I was introduced to the huge advancements in Quantum science, especially in the area of vibration, so when clear evidence came from this logical standpoint, everything fell into place.

Two factors were evident; firstly, the law of energy is that strongest flows to weakest and secondly, the body consists of around 80 percent crystalline material, with each area resonating to a specific and measurable

frequency. As crystals also resonate to their own specific frequency, by allowing the two frequencies to come together - the ailing body and the crystal - the weaker energy aligns to the strongest, over time affecting a balance of energy, stimulating natural healing to take place.

This action works on the same principle as a roomful of clocks, each with pendulums swinging at different rates, which naturally and quite quickly align to the swing of the largest pendulum. Using the same phenomenon, the crystal, properly cleansed

health and wellbeing and programmed, will correct a misalignment of a bodily organ or system.

Simple really, yet difficult to take on until all the information is available. One of the biggest challenges for me came from my religious friends, who were totally convinced that I was walking on the dark side! This led me to research from their point of view and I discovered just how many references to crystals were in the Bible.

Not only were gems such as Ruby, Emerald and Sapphire mentioned other crystals such as Citrine, Chalcedony, Amethyst and Jasper. Of course, this was completely unknown to my friends who couldn’t dispute it – it was in their reference book!

Ancient cultures have always used crystals for healing and to enhance their spiritual practices and, logically speaking, everything we need for our survival is already present on the planet, so the plethora of crystals has to be part of that too. Historically, we knew the purpose and intent for crystals, we turned away from the knowledge and, over time, we have begun to recall their different qualities and many uses; clear

quartz found in watches, rubies used in laser surgery, diamond, the most efficient cutting agent for metals and so on.

Also, there is a great deal of research on using crystals for healing and enhancing health, particularly in Eastern Europe. Scientists have found that crystals, colour and light used together, activate the body’s ability to heal itself, and have produced medical machinery that is now used in many countries.

As a result of my initial scepticism towards crystals, I undertook a course to become a practitioner and trainer in Crystal Healing to feed my own interest.

I prefer to use the knowledge as a baseline to introduce people to the subject and create a firm and logical basis for them to explore the amazing benefits of crystal further if they choose.

Over the Rainbow For the love of our fur-babies

By Celeste de Vis There is nothing and no one, more loved and cherished than our pets, except maybe our partners and children.

Our two or four-legged pets can be the life-changing difference between happiness versus depression, social interaction versus loneliness and community engagement versus isolation.

Within the LGBTQIA+ community, our furry and feathered family members are treated in the highest regard. We live and breathe for our fur-babies and consider them in everything we do.

We also love to show them off! Just check out the participants each year at the annual Pet Parade during Midsumma Carnival, in Melbourne, or what Pet Stock will release every June at the start of Pride Month. The amount of Pride accessories you can purchase for your furbaby is mind blowing.

The Mentalist

Attention to Intention

I often remind my clients and students that ‘we get what we focus on’. Our words and thoughts shape our reality and the way we perceive the world around us. When we focus on the negative, then we will see negatives in our life and environment and vice versa.

Two interesting points: the word ‘Abracadabra’ in the original Aramaic, literally means “I will create as I speak.” Also there is a saying that, ‘words cast spells, that is why it is called spelling. Words are energy and should be used wisely’.

This issue is focused on crystals, so what has all this

got to do with crystals?

Well, all crystals vibrate at different frequencies, which is why quartz crystal is used to regulate the electronic oscillators in a clock to keep time. Different crystals have different uses.

Now I am not a walking encyclopedia on which crystals are best used for what reason; I have friends who I can refer to for this when needed. What I am though, is knowledgeable in how we program our reality and I have found that crystals are also programmable.

I must admit when choosing a crystal at a market or shop I just let the piece talk to me and, partial as I am to lapis lazuli, if I like the look and feel of a different crystal I’ll get it. If I wish for that crystal to have a certain use, then I will program it for that purpose.

At the end of this column I have included a short ritual that can be used to place intention into a crystal, or indeed any object, although I have found that natural crystals and metals are best.

Many years ago, I studied Correllian Wicca, thaumaturgy and other ritualistic modalities and I have many friends who practice Hermetic magic.

I have found that those starting out in magic ritual tend to place a lot of emphasis on the actual physical aspects of the ritual; light a certain coloured candle at a certain time of day, walk around three times, you get the picture.

However, once they understand magic, they learn that the physical aspects are

mental health just a memory tool to prompt thoughts and words. In other words, it is the intention that works the actual magic.

One of the most useful things I have a learnt when it comes to imbuing a crystal with any sort of intention is that the energy recharge is kinetic, meaning it is of, or relating to, the motion of material bodies and the forces and energy associated therewith.

When you start learning about crystals, you may hear people talking about cleansing and charging the crystals, placing them in the light of the full moon and other various methods. Now I am a bit lazy, so if I can find a better way to do something that takes less effort on my part, I’ll find it. So, when I place a use or intention into a crystal, I also place in this kinetic aspect.

Many of the crystals I use on a daily basis I have made into jewellery. I have a bracelet made from Turquoise and Lapis, that I wear whenever I go out, I call it my protection or shield bracelet and I also wear my pendulum as a necklace. I never have to charge them because they are constantly being regenerated through kinetic activity every time my arm, wrist or upper body moves.

It is important to put in the intention that it will not over charge: I learnt that early on, when I could not figure out why some of the crystals I wore constantly developed fractures - an expensive lesson. As you can see, a lot of experimentation has gone into my practice and perfection of imbuing crystals for particular uses.

Ritual to imbue a crystal with a certain use Create a circle with intent, with light, chalk or ritual to work in.

1: Purify the talisman, amulet or crystal with consecrated water.

2: Use cloud hands from Qi Gong, to activate hand chakras.

3: Hold the item in the right hand. Remember, left hand for energy in, right for out.

Chant a mantra to focus your mind, such as OM NAMAH SHIVAYA or your own personal mantra.

4: While repeating the mantra, focus on the purpose you wish the item to serve.

5: Will the energy into the item, ensuring it is phrased positively.

Feel that deep intention resonate from the palm chakra, pouring into the item.

6: Open the circle. You may hear or feel a little static ‘pop’ of the residual energy dispersing and the ritual is complete.

“It is important to put in the intention that it will not over charge.”

You may wish to carve or draw a particular Sigil, a type of symbol, into the item beforehand, one that matches the items willed purpose. (Many Sigils can be found on the internet: Search ‘Sigil’ together with the purpose intended, such as Sigil Protection).

Set Healthy Boundaries Guilt Free!

By Derran Heney Mental Health Professional Setting boundaries can be difficult, especially if you’re the type of person who prefers to keep the peace or go with the flow. Maybe you’re the type of person who said ‘Yes’ when you really wanted to say ‘No’!

This way of navigating through life may have been a pattern from our formative years and whilst may have its advantage in some situations, people can take advantage of our good natures or lack of boundary setting and will behave accordingly.

If this has been an ingrained pattern, you may feel very lost and not sure how to set boundaries or to take them back. It’s neither easy nor fun to be in a place where you feel you could be sacrificing what matters most to you in order to keep peaceful relations.

Make ‘I’ statements.

Keep the topic on your experience so you can never be accused of the ‘blame game’. Discuss the way they make you feel, always asserting your feelings and needs into these statements.

Examples: “I’d really like to help you with… however to be honest I feel overwhelmed at the moment and need a bit of time to focus on…”

“I feel that my feelings need to be considered in this decision.

I need ... to be discussed with me first so I can make an informed decision…”

Remember too, you do not need to commit, give an outcome or make decisions immediately. We can make time to think things through and organise our thoughts, feelings and needs.

If we really want to say No to a request or create boundaries around behaviours towards us, we can find more creative ways to do that. For example: “I’d like some time to think about that. I’ll get back to you…”

This gives you time to think about how you really feel. It is useful if you are the kind of person that will say ‘Yes’ to people too readily and regret it later. Remember too that ‘No’ is not a bad word: there are many ways to say it that do not offend.

The number five allows you to take risks you would perhaps normally avoid and the ability to try as many times as it takes to get up and going. It is the number of creation and change, build it up and take it into 5D, which is where we are heading, for in many ways we are already light years and dimensions past that, as our future selves, who are saying, ‘You can do it’.

mediumship be frustrating and takes a lot of patience to build up this relationship, but it is truly worth the effort and commitment.

It is also good to connect with your guide regularly whether you are a potential or working medium. Meditate regularly and make a journal of your ‘journeys’ with your guide, how do they make you feel, when you first became aware of them, what do they look like, do they use a name, what messages they give you and is there a pattern in the messages?

Our collective guide group can change as our vibrations rise, as they can keep abreast with our growth. When I say collective, this refers to the separate guides we have for different practices such as mediumship, healing, trance or physical mediumship, which each has a different vibration and energy.

It can be unnerving at first when your guide changes, but you do get used to the new one. The guides vibrate

at a higher rate than we do, so the higher you tune into your vibrations, the more intelligent and intense (luminescent) your guide will be.

I remember I had two guides in particular when I first started on my journey. My current mediumship guide has been with me for 12 years now, and my healing guide has been with me since 1998! There are others of course and I enjoy a special connection with each and every one of them.

If you have not connected to your guide before, quieten your mind and visualise a wooden bench within a beautiful flowered garden.

Take a seat, gently close your eyes, and breathe in the ambience of this special place. As you gently rest, you sense someone sit beside

you: you feel safe, comforted and loved. When you are ready, turn your head and face this beautiful soul. This is one of your guides. Have a conversation and ask any questions you wish or just sit in silence, hold their hand if you wish, feeling the loving presence they are emitting.

Do this as many times as you want, to build up your relationship and always know that your guide will never be far away to help you become the best version of yourself.

Lion Island – The Origins of Man Pt I

Throughout this age of chaos on Earth, which the Hindus call Kali Yuga, ignorance descends upon humanity.

There is no doubt, this unseen force has guided the little wills and actions of humanity, to protect this most sacred site.

During WWII, Lion Island (LI) nearly became target practice for the Navy.

Fortunately, the bird-watching society, a group of politicians and people of influence appreciated the abundant bird life on Lion Island and took umbrage. A fight ensued and out of chaos, laws were passed making LI the first Australian National Park, although no animals existed there, except a small colony of penguins. It’s forbidden for any human to set foot upon the island; it’s guarded by two patrol boats, a helicopter and land-based watch stations.

Deep is the Dreaming that surrounds LI and, like all journeys worth taking, it is many faceted and layered.

When we listen to ancient wisdom keepers, we must listen with our heart, for these stories are intertwined with actual events and

metaphysical concepts that only the heart and soul can understand. Mind and ego are useless here.

Lion Island is just one Wisdom holder for the Sacred Bambara. As Colin Hayter explains, “Lion Island is many things. Along the East-coast of Australia, Dreamtime Lore (DTL) describes LI the origin of ‘life on Earth’, and how the DTL creation stories and Egyptian and Indian Lore were influenced by them.

“Lion Island is the place where the Seven Sisters of the Pleiades Constellation first came to Earth and their vehicle still works today.

“Long, The Tree of Life (TTOL) Thoola Muree, grew there, atop the cliff catching the first sun rays, as they streamed over the horizon. Every day, Baiame, the Sun, returns home, illuminating a womb-like cave in LI’s sheer cliffface. There, Earth is reborn each day through the Divine union of Father and Mother. The light rays go through the leaves into the roots, giving new life to the Earth.

In Gommeroy language, TTOL is called Mulli-mulla – beautiful mother.

“In Yango, it is carved into the Earth that Baiame awoke man from his long slumber, by giving him knowledge through his light.

From TTOL came red sap, as blood upon the river of life, from here life grew over deep-deep time. After more deep-deep time, Baiame created man.

This represented knowledge over ignorance, so that all man could know. He makes a perfect equilateral triangular journey, to capture chaos, as described by carvings on the Earth at each point, with his journey completing at the beginning: at The Tree of Life, the origin of man and life on Earth.”

As we learned last month (October 2020 Issue) through the Karijong glyphs, Egypt and Australia have very ancient connections. In the Pen Hesi Papyrus, Colin found the story of TTOL. “The, the Egyptians, came to LI to observe TTOL after she’d been hit by a massive lightning bolt. The Creator had taken MulliMulla back, along with those underneath her, to the stars.”

Colin continues, “Atop the sheer cliff on LI, preserved by the seas salt air, stands TTOL’s remnants: her girth is several metres. Having died long ago, only the outer-edge of her trunk, a hands width, remains.

Five metres up, blackened shards around her in the bush lay four branches, as wide as cows, as long as buses. One could bend down and walk through them.”

Colin explains, “Stories handed down over thousands of years, tell that Mene Asures, AKA Osiris a great Magi Chief, was so tall that he could stand up in any creek. Mene left Bambara after walking into a vortex of fire (VOF), leaving this land with his constant and wise dwarf companion. After this, he was never seen alive in his land again.”

So, where did Mene go after walking into a Vortex of Fire?

“The Tamil and peoples of the Indus Valley appreciated their origins, Mulli-mulla. In 3142 BC, they saw the Southern Pole Star disappear at Kali Yuga’s beginning. The Earth’s processional wobble altered, as did the position of Earth in the heavens. Formerly, they had both North and South Pole Stars to navigate Heaven and Earth, however, with the pole shift, they realised they would be cut off from navigation to their origin, Mulli-Mulla and The Great Land in The South (TGLITS).

They saw it as a veil coming over the eyes of mankind: man would be blind.

Sacred Sites

Wollumbin – Mount Warning Have you ever been called

by Spirit to visit a place? I have, many times.

My journey to Wollumbin was repeatedly foretold by the Earth Power Oracle cards in early 2016. Literally every single time I shuffled the deck, Wollumbin would stare me right in the face. “I create my own destiny and opportunities,” it says. “I am humbly eternal.”

Zorah Neale Hurston once said, “You’ve got to go there to know there” and, in my experience, a journey of Spirit is one best taken without a plan, open-heartedly, with a surrendering to the experience itself to guide you to where you need to be. Trust me; it is never a straight line!

I eventually found myself at sunset on 22 August 2016 at the foot of the impressive and imposing mountain, through a

series of introductions and synchronicities that led me on that particular trip from Sydney to Adelaide to Kangaroo Island to Perth, back again to Sydney and then north up the coast to visit another dear friend.

“Let’s camp at Wollumbin,” he randomly suggested, though he lived more than

two hours away. All I could do was laugh!

The distinctive curved silhouette of Wollumbin or Mount Warning, located near the border between New South Wales and Queensland in a warm subtropical rainforest,

rises 1156 meters above the surrounding area and is a holy place to the Bundjalung people, who call it “Wollumbin”, meaning ‘cloud-catcher’ or alternatively ‘fighting chief of the mountains’. It is said that it creates its own weather and represents the last defiant stand of an ancient volcano that once utterly dominated the landscape and is the place where the first light of dawn touches mainland Australia.

Captain James Cook gave Wollumbin the English name Mount Warning in 1770 as a landmark to warn mariners of offshore reefs found in the area. It became a National Park in 1967 and was added to the United Nations World Heritage list in 1975. A steep and winding path leads to the summit of the mountain, where a viewing platform is located. The strenuous round trip hike is nine kilometres and takes approximately five hours.

As darkness enveloped the rainforest, alive with the orchestral resonance of night, my husband and I and three other deeply connected men of the land, one initiated into the lore of that sacred place, made a fire and settled

sacred sites into a night of spirited story about journey and initiation and the power gained from spending time in natural resonant spaces such as this. We explored the secret origins of the beginning, in the Place of the Beginning.

It was a night I will never forget.

Around three in the morning, the peaceful silence of our campsite next to Breakfast Creek was broken by dozens of cars bringing visitors to climb the treacherous mountain in time for the dawn. Under Bundjalung law, only specifically chosen people are permitted to climb the mountain and I was surprised to hear that 100,000 people ascend the summit every year regardless.

Although Peter and I were unaware that it was forbidden to climb under Indigenous creed, we had prepared to climb the mountain to experience the once-in-a-lifetime chance to witness the dawn at the place where the sun’s first rays connect with the Great Southern Land.

So, in the stillness I meditated on it, coming from a deep state of reverence in having spent all night in spirited story of that place and having been called there so strongly. I felt I was given permission to climb, on

condition that we bathe ourselves first in the creek before ascending.

At 4am in the pitch dark, we gingerly made our way to the water and immersed ourselves in the iciness of the bubbling creek at the foot of Wollumbin, before heading out in the serene silence to witness the dawn from the summit of that grand and awe-inspiring height.

When I visit sacred sites, I am aware that my presence there is a spiritual quest, a pilgrimage and I open myself to the wisdom of the earth and what the experience has to teach me. This time, I found it annoyingly distracting, as groups of people passed us on the track, chatting loudly about random insignificant things seemingly unaware of the essence of the place.

It was then I fully understood that to truly understand the significance of visiting places sacred to Indigenous people anywhere, we should first engage the wisdom of the elders and the Lore of the Land.

That being said, I am personally forever changed by the experience of that most spectacular sunrise.
