hat’s your 2020 looking like? It’s been a strange month coming through December into Christmas and suddenly we stared down the barrel of 2020! Well, guess what folks? 2020 is here and with a bang!

The funny part of the transition from 2019 to 2020 is that many people I have spoken with have dreams and goals for this year - more so than usual. I find this to be both interesting and exciting!

While many people are positive, some people I have chatted with are positive that change is coming yet have no idea how to implement it or, more accurately, be in the moment to see change occur.

Our columnists this month are offering ways to combat this and their views and suggestions are well worth a read.

Many things are changing and there will be several changes here at Supernal as

well. We have lots of things churning away in the background that I am hoping to let people know about in the next issue.

Suffice to say that we are gearing up for a massive year!

Several new relationships are forming as a part of these changes and while 2019 was a year of dealing with relationships to move forward, 2020 is about new beginnings to achieve and build on dreams and goals. Just like ShirleySienna’s column this month which is all about understanding the moment and taking advantage of the new frequency.

“The incoming 2020 year aligns us with a potent frequency of possibility, prosperity and perspective. It activates within us a predisposition of creativity and sets a new foundational grid for global agreements, healing and vision - 2020 vision,” states ShirleySienna.

There are plenty of global issues out there as well. In Varij’s astrology sign of the month column about Aquarians, he states, “Learn from the expanded planetary consciousness that has been gifted to your pioneering astronauts as a result of their vision of Earth from space.

Nations are out of date, think globally, act locally, save your planet now!”

In Jane Offer’s column, Reflections, she talks about dreams and creating an exciting future. “Everything begins from a thought, and Supernal Magazine Australia is evidence of that, so give some thought to what you would like to create.

Everything and anything is possible, we have no limitations and nothing is beyond the capacity of our thought.”

So the theme is to take stock, think big and allow the Universe to bring around you what is needed, to bring everything into alignment and fruition. It’s not always easy, and it may seem all too hard, but sometimes, like The Fool in Tarot, we have to take a leap of faith and step off the cliff and out of our comfort zone to realise the dream!

In this January - A Year in Review issue, we have analysed our readership data and taken a look at what covers, feature stories, interviews and columns our readers liked best. It’s hard to pick favourites and as you’ll see, we analysed a lot of data to come up with some impressive results about what was most read, most shared and was popular in the chosen topics. I’ve been blown away by the quality of work going into the mag and it shows from the feedback, we are getting there.

We are offering snippets of these stories in case they are ones you missed and all have links back to our Past Issues page on the website, where the full story or interview can be found and read easily.

December 2019 During our first almost full year of operation, there have been some simply honest and incredible stories by some phenomenal people. I have been humbled by how they have shared their life experiences helping others to overcoming personal adversity. Our motto of ordinary people doing extraordinary things holds true as we move into 2020.

I hope you enjoy a glimpse back at 2019 and that you continue to be a part of the Supernal tribe moving forward. I wish each and every one of you a most gorgeous and fun year ahead!

As always, we are open to feedback, good, bad or otherwise and suggestions on how we can keep Supernal growing.

Our ultimate goal is to be the most widely read magazine with the most significant subscriber base in Australia and of course, create a vast worldwide audience.

SUPERNAL NEWS Spirit in the Wind Dr Tony Byrne and Johnny Katal have teamed in an ambitious plan to raise money via donations for villages in Papua New Guinea with the release of a new song called Spirit in the Wind.

The money raised is going toward the placing of solar lights in the villages. Snakebite deaths are prolific in PNG, so having light along paths to the latrine at night, for example, will increase safety. It will also provide light, allowing for greater family time/activities in the evening.

Dr Tony Byrne, an orphan born in England, was adopted and initially grew up in the Cameroons, and John Katal is from Papua New Guinea. They met in Australia through their work with children.

Spirit in the Wind is being promoted in Papua New Guinea, and they are hoping it will become number one over there. Tony explained, “Spirit in the Wind is about the movement of those with consciousness and understanding - that all humans are connected in love.

When we hurt others, we hurt ourselves.”

Both men worked on the beautiful lyrics, and the meaning behind the words resonates with love and passion. Tony added, 8

Tony continued, “The day they claimed the land, references a metaphor for human greed, destruction, intolerance and exclusion.

2020 Midsumma Festival & Pride March Words and Image

by Celeste de Vis One of my favourite times of the year is the Midsumma Festival, commencing in January and running into February each year.

The Midsumma Festival has been named Australia’s Premier Queer Arts and Cultural Festival.

Members of the public get twenty-two days of wonderful and exciting events showcasing the very best of the LGBTQIA+

January 2020 community, which concludes one week after the St Kilda Pride March held on Sunday 2nd February.

Melbourne’s Midsumma Festival is akin to Sydney’s Mardi Gras festival. It is a time to celebrate our community through many different mediums.

According to festival organisers, “Our festival program is made up of diverse art forms and genres, including visual arts, live music, theatre, spoken word, cabaret, film, parties, sport, social events and public forums. Featuring over 175 events in 2020, with involvement by over 5000 culture-makers in over 80 different venues across Melbourne and wider Victoria - to anticipated audiences of over 284,000.”

SUPERNAL COVERS

In 2019, one of Supernal’s biggest and fun challenges was to come up with some amazing covers.

The journey started with our first issue and Kev Howlett’s amazing walk to Base Camp image, covering the fundraiser for CMT. This cover really represents Supernal’s statement of ordinary people doing extraordinary things!

Although selecting a great cover starts with finding a good pic initially, the challenge for the artists Kev Howlett and Rachel Watt is turning that cover into something special and eye catching.

I invited our columnists and feature writers to choose their favourite top three covers and there was quite a variety! However, first place goes to the March issue and Mt Everest 10

base camp story. Kev was responsible for the shot and design work on our first cover, as well as writing the feature story – a huge effort from him!

Second was the July issue with Katie Underwood on sound healing. It was shot

by Anthony Kilner and designed by Rachel Watt.

Third was the June issue shot by Anthony Kilner and designed by Rachel Watt covering a beautiful feature on understanding gender transitioning.

Statistics gathered from the actual issues published, tell us that the March cover

by Kev on Mt Everest was the best, while the one considered most engaging was April reflecting our feature on youth. The pic was by Ani Wierenga and desgined by Kev Howlett.

The most shared cover was in May and our stunning image of Natasha Lazdins on the beach in Nicaragua designed by Rachel Watt.

The September issue was

also a favourite of our readers, with a beautiful pic of Christine Stowe and daughter Imyjen, shot and designed by Kev Howlett. This issue was all about the NDIS and living with disability.

Our Facebook readers had some different thoughts on their top three favourites.

Their first cover preference was Issue 2, shot by Ani Wierenga with a lead story on understanding youth. Second came in as Issue 4 June, shot by Anthony Kilner, highlighting a heart-warming story of understanding gender transitioning. Their third favourite was the August issue shot by Celeste de Vis and some ghostly artwork by Rachel Watt, concentrating on the changing face of homelessness. It showed just how critical our homelessness problem really is here in Australia.

Heading into 2020, we are already working to create some equally amazing covers based around the stunning feature stories and interviews we have in the pipe-line. So, tell your friends and family to sign up to receive their monthly copy and enjoy a good read.

Furthermore that, “In the province of the mind, what is believed to be true is true, or becomes true, within limits to be found experientially and experimentally, (which) limits are further beliefs to be transcended. Sometimes in the middle of a conversation about such visionary matters, Aquarians get so mesmerised by their

own thoughts that they seem to take off and disappear before your very eyes. ‘Pfff!’

- off they go on another fascinating frolic of their own mind. Admittedly, that can be quite a disconcerting experience. Still, my advice is to stay present and patiently ‘do your own thing’ until they return to their bodies. Chances are they’re exploring strange and wonderful places such as Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, or voyaging Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea with Jules Verne, or exploring pulsars and quasars in the vastness of deep space, or…

Reflections: Jane Offer

Creating a Dream

So here we are, completing 2019 with Ten Supernal issues under our belt. Ten creations that stemmed from a simple conversation, which became an idea and finally, with a lot of effort and amazing support, an incredible reality. In the initial stages, I feel many people we spoke to believed it would take the form of a simple newsletter type email, taking up space in their in-box but when the first full colour, professional copy arrived, the comments of surprise and pleasure were many and varied.

Personally, I have been intrigued by all the different articles provided. People sharing from their own unique journey’s, each with

a story to tell. Many of these stories have generated a curiosity to know more. As humanity has such a broad base of experience, it is essential, I feel, to reflect this in our pages.

We may not always agree with the sentiments expressed in the articles, mainly because they are not

within our field of experience or aligned with our belief system. Still, we each must take the time to read

another’s story to better understand the challenges and interests of others, and life in general.

For example, one of my personal favourite stories was that of the climb to base camp – in the first issue.

I was transported through the description and the pictures into the land of snow and personal exertion.

I could feel the cold, the aching muscles and the physical stress involved in this journey while at the same time knowing that, having avoided this type of physical activity all my life, I would never personally choose to undertake such a challenge.

I also loved the story about planting the trees in the December issue which coincided with the disastrous fire in the Amazon Rain Forest.

Without trees, humanity cannot survive, so to see the fantastic efforts of the ecological community working hard

health and wellbeing to leave a world that is still very much alive for our children and grandchildren, shows just what is possible when we pull together for the common good. It is great to see the number of young people who are environmentally aware also.

These young people have invented ways to eradicate the problem of plastic in our oceans as well as effectively showing us that using sustainable energy resources can lead sustainable environmental positives.

What about the Dolphin Research Centre on the peninsular? Who knew it was there, or that we have such unusual residents in our bays? A visit to this centre is definitely on my 2020 bucket list.

And more! Our minds have been opened to the concept of ghosts, and life beyond death! Plus, the power of energy and energetic thought on our health and well-being.

Such a treasure trove of varied and interesting topics! Every article has brought so much inside information about areas that we may not have had access to

within our own experience; homelessness, disability and gender issues and even how to approach business from a more ‘whole’ and ethical viewpoint.

So, what will 2020 bring to our lives? We are witnessing a massive change in the world and with so many behind closed door tactics being exposed, hopefully, this year will enable us to become aware of the personal power we can exercise in our own lives, to bring about positive change.

As we each make those changes, we ultimately form our own external world to make it an ever-more peaceful and joyous place to be.

Everything begins from a thought, and Supernal Magazine Australia is evidence of that, so give

some thought to what you would like to create.

Everything and anything is possible, we have no limitations and nothing is beyond the capacity or capability of our own thoughts.

All that is required is the thought, then the action, and this will lead to the realisation and reality of that first moment of inspiration.

We are creative beings – it’s how we are designed – and when we utilise that power to create from gratitude and compassion, there are no boundaries.

We each in our own way are unique, amazing and limitless and we can learn so much from each other.

We at Supernal are so very grateful to all our readers and we look forward to bringing you many more articles to stimulate your thought processes.

Wishing you a productive and abundant 2020, filled with the opportunity of finding the truth and power of the immense ‘self’ within.

Stories & Interviews When Supernal was in its planning and draft stages, there was always a strong focus on stories about ordinary people doing extraordinary stuff. The stories are varied covering such a diverse range of topics that, as the editor, it’s blown me away.

For me there have been several features and interviews that have had a personal impact. Meeting our columnist Celeste de Vis, and her daughter Charlotte, opened my eyes to an issue I’d never really thought about – kids transitioning and the positive and negative aspects that have affected those kids through family, schooling and life in general. I had several meetings with these two amazing people for the feature story in Issue four, June 2019 and I found myself humbled when Charlotte jumped up to give me a hug goodbye. It was so honest and filled with love that I can’t define how it left me feeling. If everyone on Earth felt this heart-warming love, we would be living in a much better way on this planet!

Another story that impacted me very differently was meeting Shelley and Kiah.

They featured in Issue seven – September. I watched my uncle and aunt adopt two kids with severe disabilities and

spent time with them growing up. What Kiah and Shelley taught me was, that living with a disability presents plenty of challenges that can be seen as negative yet the positives far outweigh that. Given a chance, people with disabilities can and do enjoy a special life and play a huge role within the community. Kiah’s love of live is simply amazing!

In short, every feature and interview I have written, been involved in or read from our talented writers, has opened my mind and my heart. I can honestly say I have been blessed to meet so many amazing people!

he moon shines through the half-shaded window like a headtorch. The cold is beyond cold, my shivering is getting worse as I wonder how much longer I can stay here. I keep thinking I’m good to go but then I feel my stomach rumbling and know it’s not over, this is getting ridiculous! Here I am on a frozen squatty toilet in the back room of a Nepalese guesthouse, its ceramic base has iced over making it impossible to stay balanced and the wall with the support handle is sadly out of reach. The blue plastic barrel of flush water next to me is solid ice and I have six sheets of toilet paper left. This is the fifth time I have met this toilet tonight as my stomach has been off for the last six days and I haven’t eaten much food for the last seven.

I am in the closest village to Mt Everest base camp: Gorakshep. This is meant to be my euphoric night after reaching base camp the afternoon before but celebration is far from my thoughts.

In late 2012 a mate of mine, a fellow photographer, suggested we should do something amazing before we both turn 50. We decided it should have these three elements: 1. Be photographically amazing, 2. Must be physically challenging and 3. Must not cost the earth as we both were on a budget. Once upon a time I was a little girl with Big Dreams. I promised myself I’d make my dreams a reality one day - I imagined travelling to the places the educational system never taught; the experience of self, through worlds unseen by the eyes and languages unspoken.

No fixed compass, no one direction, never complete, yet whole. I wanted to feel free in the exploration of falling in love with everything and everyone.

I believed the nature of life should be valued immensely, exploring all depths and dimensions; never changing the framework of my reality,

but coming into realisation of experiencing myself as an individual.

I could feel an internal riptide pulling my spirit towards where the jungle edge meets the blue sea.

But can anyone just pack up and move their entire life across the other side of the world like that? It takes something different, a certain type of strength, and surrender. It seemed crazy yet inspiring. I worked a seemingly ‘successful’ job, but believed maybe I could find someplace where money didn’t matter, where the jungle was life, living simply on fundamentals

and depth of the natural surroundings.

In April 2007, I packed my bags and quit my job. I had to be my own best friend and support my decision.

I had to choose to trust in myself, rather than listen to society’s impressions.

Knowing whatever I chose to do, I would share my greatness in all the places that I would go. The world was mine to wander and I knew that, as long as I was living my truth, with ‘what felt right’ in my heart, everything would always work out for the better; and I would discover all that unknown beauty along the way.

Supernal Interview: The Unlikely Marathoner

Donna Campisi, author of ‘The Unlikely Marathoner’, is an inspirational woman. At age seven she was dubbed the ‘Mystery Girl’ by medical practitioners at the Royal Childrens Hospital and her parents were informed that she would not walk or talk again.

Interview by Anthony Kilner Donna had suffered a stroke, meningitis, a hole in the heart, a heart murmur, aphasia (loss of speech) and a gamut of other health concerns.

After celebrating her eighth birthday in the Children’s, Donna was eventually sent home in a wheel chair and it was her sheer determination to get back to a life that spurred her on. At age 14 life threw her another curve ball as she became gravely ill again and was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.

The right question to ask a person according to Donna is, “How can you do that?”

I was fortunate enough to interview Donna recently and discover how these challenges have reshaped her life and how with gritty

Being in a wheel chair, learning to walk and talk again was no mean feat.

Donna stated, “I just believe in doing the best you can with what you’ve got, and find a way!” Donna taught her self to use her left hand as the right hand was badly affected after the stroke. Learning to walk with a calliper and

a stick, somehow Donna clawed her way back to some sense of ‘normal’ whatever that might be for herself.

During the interview, Donna talked about keeping up the physical recovery. “It takes time of course, however people really need to keep it up, people need to persist”.

Donna’s recovery has taken years.

A few years ago, Donna was asked, “What can’t you do since you had the stroke?” It was a surprising question as most people with a disability normally get asked, “ Can you do that?” Which means a straight yes or no answer.

The right question is to ask a person according to donna is, “How can you do that?”

In the November of 2012, the challenge of running a marathon came up, and it changed Donna’s life – yet again. She tells the story of

Sound healing involves using instruments and the voice to resonate deeply with a person’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy bodies to encourage healing, release and rest. Vocal toning utilises the voice to harmonise and balance the cells and energetic pathways of the body. By using rhythm and frequency, we can entrain our brainwaves to slow our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), theta (meditative and/or creative state) and delta (sleep; deep healing).

Recently I attended one of Katie’s sound journey meditation events. From the moment I relaxed under my blanket, I became immersed in sound. Waves of sound that were oscillating in, around and through my body, gently extracting all of my thoughts, leaving my focus solely on Katie’s ethereal vocal toning

What About Kiah?

Meet the girl living life to the fullest with her disability.

This month, Shelley Brown and her daughter Kiah have kindly shared their story with us on navigating the challenges and achievements of living with disability and also, their journey through finding empowerment, inclusiveness and equality.

Miss Kiah was born in a flash of red-haired surprise. At first, her temperature was low so she was transferred to special care to warm up. Then the seizures began. Imagine that. Your introduction to the strange new world outside the womb, culminates in your brain randomly firing with uncontrollable body jerks and medical teams running.

The tests, questions and worry followed. Two weeks after her birth, and still no answers, Kiah was transferred to the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne. An MRI showed significant damage to her tiny brain. In a closed room, with a nurse barely out of university to hold my hand, I heard, “She has Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy.

It looks like she will have Cerebral Palsy.” My head spun until I managed to blurt out, “What do you mean looks like Cerebral Palsy?”

My life experience to that point left me ill equipped so the flood of thoughts came out as tears. The young nurse cried too, a sign of solidarity I appreciate to this day. Then I realised I had to tell her father, her brother and

LIVING UBUNTU Something happens to you when you put yourself out of your comfort zone; relinquish all sense of daily duty and responsibility in favour of living in the moment, and wandering through the wilderness, as it were.

Something fundamental changes within you - you tune into a different pulse of life - and things are never the same.

I grew up in a dirty little industrial town in South Africa in the 70’s and 80’s.

As a white child under the

Apartheid regime, I received more than my fair share of bigoted indoctrination and separatist propaganda.

Not that my family was particularly racist, but perhaps because they also didn’t actively oppose this system of oppression, I grew up feeling lost in my developing belief system and with no idea of where I truly belonged.

You see, at the time I didn’t have the answers to the problems so evident in our society but I did realise that merely participating in it ‘feeds the beast’. I instinctively knew that I wanted my life to evolve naturally according to a deeper sense of meaning.

I wanted to live with a sense of purpose, rather than being a mere cog in the corporate wheel, so I let go and allowed my life to be directed by my sense of passion, my innate love of life and nature and my connection to something greater that I had always sensed within – Spirit!

It was never entirely clear why I decided to pack up my life, my home and my job in 2003 - but I did. I headed into West Africa with only a backpack, a camera and my five-year-old daughter. I had an unshakable feeling that the next piece of my life’s puzzle was somewhere in deepest darkest Africa, and so I went!

Being free to be us!

By Anthony Kilner Our Supernal feature this month covers the topic of transgender children. Mornington Peninsula Mum, Celeste de Vis and her transgender daughter, Charlotte has graciously agreed to share the journey of their transition as a family with us.

From a young age, Charlotte questioned her relationship with her gender identity; she had always innately known that she didn’t quite fit into the ‘male’ identity that her biological sex had assigned her. For a young person, not fitting into the norm can be a confusing and distressing situation; however Celeste was determined to learn as much as she could to help ease Charlotte through the transition process. In doing so, they have strengthened not only their bond and understanding of one another, but their knowledge of their own truths and what it means to be your authentic self.

Within seconds of knocking on the door, a young girl flashed into sight, un-snipped the door, said “Come in!” and disappeared again.

At this point I was greeted warmly by mum, Celeste.

This was the start of a fun,

chatty afternoon with a beautiful family.

Life often throws challenges at us and, in many ways; life is about solving those challenges. Depending on a person’s life, social standing,

wealth, health and other factors, these challenges are very much based on an individual’s circumstances, even though the challenges may look and feel the same.

4th industrial revolution or crime against humanity?

Pt 3 In the December issue of Supernal we published our exposé into the world of the 5G network and looked in detail at its potential health risks, especially the mmWave frequency. We supplied a range of links for readers to follow to get an understanding of just what we are getting ourselves into as a nation, a country and as a planetary population.

In this last instalment Supernal looks at handsets, products that might help alleviate negative effects and we also address people’s apathy on this subject. When it’s all said and done, it’s up to us, the community at large, to tell the governments and industry bodies that we object to this sort of tech affecting our lives!

As a part of the research into 5G, Electro Magnetic Field (EMF) and the driving force to get 5G pushed into the world as soon as possible, there’s been three key points that are overlooked, deliberately avoided or science that is disputed.

The first point is the handset or tablet. These are mini receivers and transmitters.

While government bodies and manufacturers state that all testing done on handsets is perfectly safe, the fact that there are warnings to say they could be harmful seems counterintuitive. Parents should

Some work and some don’t. It can be hard to prove fully; however, they are worth looking into for those seeking an alternative.

Attracting Your Ideal Clients Dr. Brooklyn Storme PhD

L

isa (not her real name) was a life coach. She had been in business for about six months and was experiencing difficulty enrolling clients into her coaching programs. She was doing what would normally be perceived as all the right things turning up on social media regularly and offering content to her audience, systems were in place to facilitate marketing and other business activities and she was running Facebook Ads. All of this

but still no takers. So, what was going wrong?

While speaking with her, it became clear that Lisa did not like marketing. Getting in front of the camera to go live on her Facebook page was daunting. Lisa held great fears around saying the wrong thing, being judged, being heckled or worse. She also doubted her ability to deliver meaningful content and questioned whether or not she was ‘good enough’ to be doing this.

It was as if she had Imposter Syndrome.

So, when she came to me, Lisa was in a quandary. On the one hand feeling angry, confused and wanting to give up and on the other hand wanting to give it one last attempt. I tried my best to calm her down. Lisa was very apprehensive about mindset work because all her life she’d had an action-oriented approach.

Now here I was, trying to teach her about the value of not taking so much action and re-directing that energy into more creative paths.

Attracting clients is really only hard or difficult when it feels uncomfortable.

You see, we each have an internal guidance system (a term coined

by Esther Hicks) that tells us when things are ‘right’ or when they are ‘off’.

When the outside world is not matching up to how we know we should be feeling on the inside, we feel that incongruence as resistance, disappointment, frustration, confusion or heaviness.

By teaching Lisa about the value of tuning in to her inner guidance system or intuition and practising with small goals to begin, she was able to experience for herself that it was safe for her to be guided by her

G’day folks, welcome back to my page. As promised I will tell you the story of the innocent child spirit called Mary-Anne.

Mary-Anne really disliked me, because she thought I was a big angry man. Apparently she had been watching us when I was impacted by the indigenous spirit trapped in the cellar, causing me to show rage and anger.

While investigating Barwon Park mansion with my team, we came across several spirit entities.

One of those was a child called Mary-Anne.

Anthony had made contact with this young spirit and described her as being around 8-10 years old and wearing leg irons, possibly due to the Polio virus. She seemed to take quite a liking to Anthony,

After calming down and regaining my composure,

we continued to investigate the upstairs section of the house.

Anthony and I went into one of the bedrooms, when Anthony commented that Mary-Anne was here with us, she was sitting on the window ledge of the window. She told Anthony that she was still uneasy with me. I apologised to her for my behaviour and told her that’s not what I am usually like. This must have worked, as she got down off the window ledge, walked/floated past me and Anthony, as well as a couple of other team members.

Divine Time A Magnitude of Magnetic Energy You may find life, energy and people, getting a little ‘Over the Top’ in the coming weeks. A veritable magnitude of magnetic energy is coming from above, beaming its way down to the Earth plane.

This is simply the Universe attending to cosmic ordering, but us humans never stop asking, so it’s built up somewhat and is coming in all at once. This must be a lesson for Earth dwellers; addicted to need, so we are always in the attitude of want.

We are currently in the Moon known as the Self-Existing Tone of Form, the 4th tone and moon in this new cycle of natural time. Therefore, what you imagined and thought you may like to bring into manifestation last moon, comes forth.

What is it you truly want?

Hopefully nothing, because who wants to be wanting?

What do you truly desire?

Do you desire anything at all? Or do you have no idea because you are in a state of eternal confusion. Do you know yourself well enough to know the difference between want and desire?

What would you desire?

What would be or could be, what is and what is not. That is the question.

Meditate. Be still in this Self-Existing Moon. From October, the totem is the owl and the owl’s a wise bird. It has the ability to turn its head 360 degrees, so vision and perspective are not a problem.

The owl has night vision.

Practice being an owl. No rushing around is necessary, as you will see all that is simply by being still.

To hunt, you need only venture out at the right time and all will be revealed.

Then, practise feeling what you desire, because you will be in tune with your higher sensory perception. We have said this before and now it is imperative you begin to take notice, for 2020 is looming and you want to get that vision in good focus.

It’s a good time to study new modalities and open your eyes to the world and what it offers, as science and spirit are on a reasonable par with each other. By November 19, you will want to ruffle your feathers, to preen and be seen. You may feel like strutting your stuff and sharing your new found knowledge.
