Crystals Metaphysical Properties and Working with Them
Crystals are formed through the elements; some by pressure in the Earth, some by fire, some by water and sun. Others transmogrify or metamorphose, while others are self-healed. The way a crystal forms indicates how it can be used. Also, it is important to realise that we really don’t own crystals - they are conscious beings and we are merely their custodians.
Record keeper Crystals
Record keepers (RK) connect with the wisdom and esoteric knowledge of the Universe and higher consciousness. When one accesses records, it creates deep peace as one experiences divine understanding. We may sense or see with our minds eye or at another time experience space reality.
Pachamama or Mother Earth and ancient civilisations left keys from ancient times within crystals. With a receptive, open mind and heart, intimate relationships with these magical crystal beings are possible.
What are Lemurian (LRK) and Atlantian Record Keeper (ARK) Crystals?
This is the way that both Lemurian and Atlantian peoples stored their wisdom for future generations at the times that their respective civilisations were destroyed. They chose crystals for the same reason that they are a prominent part of technology today.
Piezoelectricity is the electric charge that accumulates in certain solid materials, such as crystals, some ceramics and biological matter, including bone, DNA and some proteins, resulting from pressure and latent heat. In particular, Clear Quartz has the most piezoelectrical charge; therefore they are the best for programming. Also, tabular quartz crystals are useful, the equivalent of an external hard drive, as they hold a lot more information than a memory stick.
It is generally thought that both LRK and ARK are Clear Quartz, however this is not so. I also have Ruby, Sapphire, Fluorite, Tanzanite and Smoky Quartz, which are record keepers.
LRK’s has striations which look like a barcode, most commonly across the shaft facets. Rarer ones are found with face facet. LRK crystals are usually laser wands, often misshapen or twisted,

with uneven sides, rough ridges and edges. Hiding under their rough exterior is the most powerful intuition enabling energy in the mineral kingdom.
ARK’s come in flat, raised and sunken triangular shapes. They can be recognised by raised triangles that appear on the main facets of the stones’ termination, pointing upward toward the apex of the termination. This is generally not easy to see when they are flat.
Both flat and raised RK’s activate cellular memory, assisting in retrieving information from one’s lineage or past lives. They operate as a key, unlocking what’s held in our cellular structure. The equilateral triangle geometry equals the law of three; the tri-foldflame, divine triumvirate (e.g Father, Son and Holy Spirit), the perfect balance of the mental, physical and emotional bodies. Their raised form gives access to wisdom and knowledge of the Universe.
Sunken RK’s often connect with personal information and spiritual history or prophecy. These are rarer and identified by an upward pointing triangle receding into the crystals surface. They’re not keyholes, although similar, they are clearly triangular shaped. These activate cellular memory, retrieving information from our internal data banks. Most of this information is Atlantian, although information from other civilizations and Star Seed nations has also been received. It’s said, only the soul who programmed the crystal is able to fully access its information, though anyone who has experienced life on Atlantis can trigger memories.
Trigonic RK’s are the rarest of all formations. They have a triangular etching pointing down, away from the apex of the termination. They assist with transition in life and awareness of the multidimensional universe through death, to Source. They provide insight into the true nature of the future; cyclical, fluid, everchanging, reminding us time is always in motion, and it is created moment to moment, moving through time and space. They assist flow with this unknown and help one stay grounded in the present moment.
Starbrary, meaning library from the stars, are RK’s that have been encoded both remotely and on Earth by star beings, with information, insights, history and messages for humankind. They are linked to certain star systems: Orion, Pleiades, Leo, Draco, Cassiopeia, Ursa Minor, Andromeda, Blue Avians and Arcturian.

side facets. These markings are unique encrypted codes that appear in the form of glyphs or markings, similar to Arabic writing, geometric symbols and patterns, rectangles, squares, and triangles. They also may have linear patterns such as deep barcodes, not Lemurian striation markings, more like dots and etchings, which resemble a meteor shower effect coming from either the left side or right side of the crystal.
Accessing records can be completed over time and through meditating with these and other crystals.
A simple practice:
Find a peaceful space and comfortable position, with no distractions.
Have your chosen and cleansed crystals with you. Centre yourself and invoke, closing your eyes and breathing for 2 – 3 minutes.
When ready, select a crystal, asking for its permission.
Hold it comfortably. Be aware of your intention to enable your crystal to know how to be of service.
Notice how it feels, how enjoys communing with you. A change of shading, sounds, visuals, sensations in the body etc.
Notice the messages it has for you. If nothing comes, that is perfect too.
Record everything in a journal.
Repeat with each crystal, expressing gratitude after each experience.
End your meditation by breathing once more, opening your eyes when ready and give thanks.
Cleansing Crystals
Like all things, most crystals get dirty from absorbing
our bio-plasmic waste. They can also hold trauma if they have been forcibly removed from the Earth. It’s important to do some research on the crystal, as they are all unique.
Any crystal whose name ends in ‘ite’ needs to be cleansed in the ground, in moonlight or possibly sunlight. However, some crystals will fade when exposed to direct sunlight.
Soak non ‘ite’ crystals in a 1ltr water, 1tbs salt, 1tbs apple cider vinegar solution for 15 minutes.
Other methods include high vibe essential oils like frankincense, chemical free incense or use a bell or crystal bowl.
Some self-cleansing crystals are Amethyst, Selenite and Himalayan salt.
Crystals for Cleansing Your Home
Amethyst geodes are excellent, acting to transmute like the violet-

flame. Selenite lamps bring in angelic frequency and Himalayan salt lamps create a negative ion environment, helping to transmute bioplasmic waste.
Black and brown Dravite Tourmaline is excellent for directing negative energy out of your space. Point the Tourmaline towards a door or window then place another type of crystal behind it to fill the space with a lovely frequency, like Rose Quartz. Brown Tourmaline is good for children’s rooms, as it’s gentler.
The Liquid Crystals (TLC) has an excellent remedy, a cuboid generator, which will fill a space with a certain frequency. I find black Tourmaline works really well for kid’s bedrooms to keep the nightmares away.
Programming Crystals
Clear quartz is best! Cleanse the crystal before use.
Always program your crystals with purity. This means honouring free will, based in unconditional love and for the highest divine good.
Manifesting With Crystals
Programming is one method. Thunder eggs are also excellent tools for channelling concentrated intention into a project. Citrine, Tanzanite and Imperial Topaz are a fabulous TLC combo.
Crystal Grids
Placing grids around a room, home or property, programmed and set with intention can achieve many results: strengthen, protection, manifestation, generating and so on. Clear quartz is usually utilised, however, you can use any that you are drawn too. Different shapes to soften or direct energy can be used.
Astral Traveling and Dream Work
The three best crystals for this are Jade, Apophyllite and Iolite - the TLC dream work trinity is amazing! Otherwise crystals next to, or under your bed, work a treat.

The journey into discovering the therapeutical power of the crystal kingdom is immense and ongoing, for the hidden elements of crystal frequency has continued to reveal itself throughout the shifts of many civilisations.
There is a plethora of crystal healing teachers, courses and books, so use discernment in which is right for you, have
a goal for achievement and then any and every direction is yours to take. It will unfold in the most amazing ways.
A good quality set of healing crystals will give you enough variety of colour and mineral to work with. These will align with chakras, organs and basic bodily ailments, emotional issues and resonate with the human spiritual frequency safely.
As you become more adept, you may like to include other elements into the session, including sound, oracle or crystal inspired cards, Reiki, spiritual healing and guided meditation. You may find that you ‘tune in’ to your client and receive insight on a psychic level, so it is of utmost importance that you discuss, what is involved and what they are comfortable with before you begin the session.
You can be as creative as you like, so long as you remember to follow the guidance of the crystals and your intuition and have set an intention of the highest good for the client. Also, calling in the presence of Spirit, Angelic Healers, the Crystal Devas, or Mother Earth’s vibrations are all beautiful ways to enhance any session.
Important Points:
Request permission to touch the body when laying crystals in areas that may be sensitive or private. A client information or indemnity form and healing record may be of benefit.
Provide a good, comfortable safe, clean, smudged area with a bed or chair and clean throw rug for the client’s comfort.
Make sure all your crystals are ‘cleansed’ before and after each session. Cleansing can be with water, salt, wiping
with a cloth, sound, smudging or laying them outside in the sun, under the moon, or in good clean dirt to detoxify, according to your preference and the type of minerals used. There are crystals too, like Selenite and Amethyst that are great vibrational cleansers for other crystals.
When you lay the crystals on the more sensitive parts of the body, let the client know of the placement as you go, so they remain relaxed. For areas such as the 3rd eye, very gently rub the area and warm the crystal in your hand for a moment and let the client know you are placing it.
It is interesting to note that the crystals themselves do not have to be in physical form. You can lay crystal oracle cards or invoke the etheric crystal energy to enhance the physical healing grid.
Crystals can be laid on and around the body and will often slide off when they have run their allotted and appropriate time on the individual. Learn to understand the language of crystals and what they show you in every session.
Crystal healing therapy sessions can range from a quick cleanse and rebalance, to a thorough, intimate and intense healing and remember, the aftermath can be quite intense. Both practitioners and clients need to be prepared and the client should be advised to hydrate and rest after any session.
Be guided by the crystals and where they wish to be placed. Do not stress about having the exact mineral that is associated with any particular ailment, as very often you will be surprised by where the crystals guide you to place them.
You may like to ask the client if they would like to choose one or more of the crystals to be used. This is a good way to initiate a two-way contact and gives the person a sense of being an active participant in their own healing session.
Chakra Balance Therapy Session:
With the client lying or sitting, use a pendulum that has been cleared and reprogrammed for the session, allowing it to swing neatly over the body and chakra points of the client. The swing of the pendulum may become haphazard as you find imbalances and blockages, which you can clear with intention, words and crystals.
Some pendulums work better than others for divining and balancing the chakras, depending on the mineral or substance from which they are made.
You can do a complete chakra rebalance on its own; however, I recommend a short pendulum balancing assessment session before and after any crystal healing therapy. In this way, each session is an individual story; the preface, the body copy and the conclusion.
Remember that the crystals will invoke release and work with body, mind and soul or spirit. The practitioner is merely the conduit that may enable and activate the healing, which the client and their soul is prepared to receive.
