Nisha Smith How has Real Estate changed your life? Real Estate has changed my life tremendously! I have experienced some of the best moments and learned many life-long lessons along the way. Being in real estate has allowed me to spend more time with my family, all while building a business and creating a legacy!
What successes have you had? My biggest success was being able to leave my 9-5 day job to pursue real estate full-time last year!
What obstacles have you overcome My biggest obstacle that I’ve overcome would be “talking to people”. I’ve always been a sociable person but when I had to ask for their business, I was like “OH NO!”. I would often hope and pray that no one would answer when I had to cold call but....with experience and the help of many MANY trainings, I’ve learned that it’s much easier to just have a conversation with people.
How has KW Peachtree Road impacted you? KW Peachtree Road has been nothing short of amazing! The support system here is second to none! It is an amazing feeling to be able to go to your coach (Shoutout to Brenda Usher!) or team leader, Dori Hicks, and without hesitation, anyone is willing to help. They are always there to give you that extra push when you need it and I am truly grateful for that.
What are you passionate about? What lights you up? Besides getting my client’s offer accepted.... FAMILY! I have two beautiful children, Santana Smith & Sariyah Smith, whom I love dearly! Since being in real estate, I have been able to attend all of their extracurricular activities and nothing excites me more than to see them happy!
