What advice can you give someone who is new and just getting started?
This is NOT an easy business, but the rewards can be plentiful! Do not think of this career as a "Need a Deal Now, then Move on " - you must consider that every relationship can be a life-long client, source of referral business, and best of all - when they become close friends. Take the long-term perspective, and "Laissez les bon temps Roulez "!
