When did you start in Real Estate and why?

I started in Real Estate in January 2020. I changedcareers because my previous job was a dead-endjob. As my daughter was accepted into theUniversity of Georgia, I wanted her to graduate andnot have any student loan debt. So, I started realestate to be able to provide better for my family.

How has Real Estate changed your life?

By being so successful in my first year (with COVID),has given me the confidence that I never had. I nowknow that I can do anything I desire with GOD'sgrace, my determination, hard work, and mostimportantly my husband and daughter backing me.

What successes have you had?

I actually closed 11 homes since June 30, 2020,overcoming low appraisals, by saving deals &getting clients $11,000 more than appraisal andhelping new home buys with poor credit be able topurchase.

What obstacles have you overcome

Low appraisals, starting during COVID, beinginsecure and lacking confidence in myself.
