How do you continue to grow and develop as a leader? I love to learn about new things. Real estate is continually changing and therefore you always want to be in the know of what' s going on. I love music but I listen to tons of Podcasts while driving all over Atlanta for clients. It' s an easy and great way for me to continue to grow my knowledge.
What advice can you give someone who is new and just getting started? When working with prospective clients, come from a sense of care and genuineness to help. Find what you like and what you have a natural gift for and lean into that. You don 't necessarily have to make your weakest aspect a strength, instead, take strength and make it a game-changer in your business.
