Who do you look up to for inspiration or mentorship? Jennifer Barnes. She is one of the nicest, smartest, and most giving individuals.

How do you keep your team or yourself motivated despite conflicts and obstacles? Do not let the drunk monkey in my head get the best of me. We can 't control our first thoughts, but we can control our second. Optimism is very important. There is enough business out there for all of us.

What are your current goals? To be an MREA! To have vacation rental properties on a beach somewhere. Still looking for that location!

What one thing makes you most proud? When we are given referrals from friends and clients. It shows we are worthy.

What’ s the most important risk you took and why? Being in careers that no longer gave us joy. Leaving was hard, but it paid off considerably.

How do you continue to grow and develop as a leader? We read and listen to books on improvement and growth both personally and for business. Also, Attending KW classes and meetings is essential to us.
