Shuan is a results-driven Realtor and trusted partner throughout Atlanta ’ s local community and thriving real estate industry. Shuan specializes in new construction, residential luxury, and investment properties. Shuan is a proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University earning a BS in Psychology and a MA in School Counseling. Additionally, She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women. However, the title she holds most dear to her heart is being the mommy of her 12-year-old daughter, Carrington Elan.

Why did you choose KWPR? I chose KWPR 7 years ago because my aunt and Real Estate mentor, Sei-Ondra Williams, encourage me to have a conversation with the then Team Leader, Robben Mathews to jump-start my career. When I walked into the office, I instantly made a connection with not only Robben, but John Thompson, who continues to mentor, guide and encourage me to always strive to be a better version of myself both personally and professionally.

How has coaching transformed your world, life, & your business? Coaching has completely transformed my career. KWPR has always done a great job placing me in the hands of really great mentors/coaches. The first coach I had was John Thompson. He challenged me to think BIG and look beyond my limited knowledge of what tools/systems I "thought" I knew, needed, and personally possessed to grow my business. He supplied me with scripts and best practices that completely transformed my business. Currently, I am coaching with KWPR Team Leader, Dori Hicks, and to say she revived my career after a stressful and one of my most challenging years I' ve had in real estate is an understatement. She helped me rediscover MY BIG WHY! Dori was and continues to be an invaluable asset to me personally and professionally. Not only did she coach me in such a manner that prove to have very tangible outcomes, by helping and coaching me to more than triple my business volume and overall GCI in less than a year of coaching with her, Dori genuinely cares about me, my family and my personal and professional goals and it truly resonate in every coaching session with her. Lastly, I have a dynamic MAPS Coach, Carlos Herran, who challenges and forces me out of my comfort zone by reprogramming my mindset on how to truly operate my business as a business.
