NEWS FROM OUR CONTRACTS: CORPORATE SECURITY DAVID MCCOSKRIE, SECURITY TEAM MANAGER AT GLASGOW AIRPORT “One of my close friends
had a baby born very prematurely, thankfully all was well in the end, but throughout the experience my friend’s family got a lot of help from a premature baby charity which organised cycle challenges to help fundraise. Being a keen cyclist, I saw this as a good opportunity to do something to help other people in similar circumstances. My friend was originally going to also take part however has had to drop out, but the challenge was too exciting for me to miss out on!
OUR TEAM AT BUCKINGHAMSHIRE HEALTHCARE NHS TRUST RECEIVE AN ‘EXCELLENCE REPORT’ Congratulations to our Team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust based at Wycombe Hospital who has been praised for providing an excellent service. An extract from the ‘Excellence Report’ received from our client: “If called for assistance the security mobile is answered rapidly and a guard is deployed to area immediately to assist if required. Staff now feel safe and confident knowing that support is on hand at all times, should a situation arise.”
We will be cycling from London to Paris over 4 days. Day 1 is London to Dover where we get the ferry to Calais. Then over the next 3 days we work south from Dover to Paris, through Arras & Compiegne, covering well over 300 miles in total.
