WELCOMING NEW STAFF
DANIELLE DAVIES HEAD OF COMPLIANCE -

“Hi Everyone, I joined ICTS in a new position as ‘Head of Compliance – Airports’ in January 2023. I’ve worked in aviation over the last 9 years, starting as a Security Officer and moving through different operational roles before specialising in aviation security compliance. All my experience is from LHR so it’s great getting to see and understand how different stations operate.
My partner and I have a Chow Chow which gives us a reason to explore new areas for walking. I’m also a huge football fan for both the mens and womens games. I find the way teams are coached and supported really interesting as I think this can be transferable in the workplace.”

Supporting managers and leaders in people operations is a true passion of mine, and I really enjoy gaining insights about the organisation from its people at all levels. Prior to working in HR, I worked with children and young people in Kensington & Chelsea, which formed the foundations of my passion for learning and development. I’m excited to be working with this amazing HR team.”

“Since I have been in ICTS, I have always been a very motivated and driven individual with a passion for Customer Service. I remember when my journey began, I was totally fascinated to be working for such an established team and organisation. Having worked with ICTS since 2008 I am always delighted to say that ICTS is professional in security, also recognised throughout Europe as the provider of innovative security and is very customer service fo-
Parker (Manchester Airport)
Geoff started in 2002 and has seen 5 Station Managers come and go.
He thoroughly enjoys the work particularly the variety and comments that every day is different.
Whilst he has worked every airside position we operate, his speciality was always Catering where he built up an excellent knowledge of all the airline and regulator requirements and was considered an ‘expert’ in this
Still enjoys the job and will continue working for a few more years. Socially, he helps out at an old persons home and regularly visits his son in Thailand.
During my journey with ICTS as a Security Officer, I was given the opportunity to enhance my skills, the relevant training as a profiler having to assist American Airlines and later during a transition period, I decided to move on to Delta Airlines participating in APM profiling.
It has been incredible to see our company ICTS grow and evolve. They have expanded in so many waysevolving with the times and offering great opportunities for new talent. It's been a wild and exciting ridenever a dull moment for me.
To the ICTS team at Heathrow and all my colleagues "you are a family to me". We spend a lot of time with each other, we work hard and are compensated well, enjoy the time spent together and are very proud of our company. The Department Heads care about us and our wellbeing. Thank you for being such a great company to be a part of.”
Many congratulations also to Yogesh Pillay (London Heathrow Airport) who marks 20 years’ service with us.

Audrey
Westbury (Manchester Airport)
I joined ICTS in January 2008, having spent most of my adult life in the retail sector, which included owning my own Café/ sandwich shop. I felt I needed a change, so I sold the business and was looking around for something different.
I tried working in Boots at Manchester Airport, but it wasn’t for me. I felt I needed a complete change. I saw ICTS staff doing their jobs, and decided to apply.

I was so pleased when my application was accepted and I started work with the company.
I have worked on most contracts at Manchester, including profiling on Canadian and US flights, integrated check-in, Singapore, Virgin, Delta, Aer Lingus, Catering, Ryanair, EasyJet, and executive business clients, and in the main I have enjoyed every minute.
Over the years, I have seen many changes in aviation security, including changes in profiling, such as the introduction of BDO’s. Lots of airlines have come and gone, particularly since Covid-19, but as a team we have just met all challenges, which makes it all worthwhile.
Working for ICTS is great because age doesn’t matter, and I feel respected for my experience. Our workforce at MAN is younger now than it once was, which is great for the company and for me!
I have made many friends over the years, some of whom have left ICTS, but who I still meet with socially for meals. That’s just one of the great things about working at MAN.
I look forward to many more years working for ICTS.”
Michael Walcott (London Heathrow Airport Cargo)

“
I am happy to celebrate my 15th Anniversary of working with ICTS. It has been an eventful journey where I have learnt and contributed in equal measures. My personal experience is that the staff at all levels at ICTS Cargo have always been helpful and supportive towards me. ICTS Cargo has a good working environment and I am glad I have been here for such a long time. Thank you to my co-workers and Management team.”
Many congratulations also to Kulvinder Badhan (London Heathrow Airport) and Hinaben Patel (London Heathrow Airport) who mark 15 years’ service with us.
MEET OUR DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR OF ASM (THE SECURITY TECHNOLOGY SUBSIDIARY OF ICTS UK & IRELAND)
YEARS’ SERVICE
No-one this quarter!

When did you join ICTS? January 2021, still amidst the chaos of lockdowns.
What do you enjoy most of your job? The diversity, no one day is ever the same.
What key attributes make someone successful in your role? A calm and pragmatic approach is certainly key and continual review is imperative in this industry, it is extremely fast-paced and changes very quickly. The ability to adapt and communicate well with the team and show leadership is also important. What is your favourite pastime? I have always had a passion for motorcycling and racing. I have competed in various championships up and down the UK as well as different disciplines including motocross, trials, and superbikes.
What has been your greatest achievement? I am a very proud father of two children, and they are certainly my biggest achievements. However, from a career perspective becoming the youngest General Manager in Chubb Fire & Security at 29 after starting as an apprentice engineer was something I am very proud of.
If you weren’t a Security Technology specialist, what type of career would you choose? I think I am too old now for a professional racing career (not sure I ever had the ability either), but would love to work within this area somewhere, perhaps run a shop or retrain as a mechanic.

The Customer Service Star scheme runs alongside our Employee(s) of the Month/Year scheme. The scheme has been established to recognise those employees who deliver excellent customer service to such a level that a client or a member of the public takes the trouble to write/post a commendation about the service delivered. This scheme goes a small way to say thank you and recognises all those very important customer service interventions by many of our employees.
Employees are asked to email a copy of the feedback to our HR Team hr@icts.co.uk.
