Air Conditioning System (Cabin) Cleaning of Condenser and Wiremesh For efficient cooling, the exterior of the condenser must be kept clean. This can be removed for cleaning as follows : 1. Open the hood; remove both side panels.

2. Loosen right wing bolt (A) of condenser and pull the bracket (B) towards RH side.

3. Further loosen the wing nut (F) and take out the bracket (G). Pull wiremesh (C) from RH side and take it out from upward direction.

4. Loosen wing nut (E) and slide out the condenser with receiver-drier assembly (D) towards RH side. 5. Condenser fins must be checked for blockage. This can be cleaned by blowing with compressed air or a highpressure washer not exceeding 7 bar (100 lbf/in2). Clean from the rear of the condenser. Fins blocked with oily substances may be cleaned with a detergent solution, preferably applied with a high pressure washer. Use soft brush or water carefully so as not to bend the fins.

6. When re-installing condenser, make sure that it engages properly in the lower and upper guide rails. 7. Also make sure that the condenser is securely centered in relation to the radiator or up to the bracket (H).

Clean the Cab Air Filters (Cabin) For servicing the cabin air filters, remove 6 screws (A) of the filter grill and remove the front grill (B) along filters. Clean it with compressed air directed from upper side of the filters.

Cabin air filters should be cleaned after every 250 hrs. or even earlier if required. During every service the cabin air filters should be cleaned. Even after this if the filter is found choked or damaged, replace it with a new one. Do not use dirty or damaged filter as the impure air may severely reduce the cooling effect.
