B.Trip Hour Meter :

By using KEY PAD switch LCD Display can be changed to show trip hours value along with TRIP warning indicator.

Trip hour meter operator can be ‘RESET’ by pressing (ENTER key) of Key Pad Switch for more than 1.2 Secs during ignition "ON" position.

Process to Reset Trip Hour Meter

•Turn "ON" the ignition switch and wait till complete self checking.

•Select trip hour display of instrument cluster by pressing enter button of Key Pad Switch.

•Hold enter button more than 1.2 Secs when display shows Trip hour. Now Trip Hour display will show 00 hours.

C.Time Left for Next Service/Service Reminder Indicator :

1.Time Left for Next Service

Operator can see service due hours on display by using Key Pad Switch to display time left for next service along with Service Reminder indicator.

Process to display Time Left for Next Service

•Turn "ON" the ignition switch & Wait till complete self checking.

•Select Time Left For Next Service display of instrument cluster by pressing enter button of Key Pad Switch. Now Time Left For Next Service display will shows next service hours.

2.Service Reminder Indicator

This indicator will glow continuously when the service of tractor is due.

This function is set for first 50th hours & thereafter for every 250 hours of engine running.

The operator is thus indicated for General Service Due. Resetting can be done by Authorized Mahindra Dealer after general service.

D.Clock Indicator :

Operator can see Real Time on display in HH-MM format along with Clock warning Indicator by using Key Pad Switch.

Real time mode is 24 Hours. Real Time value must be reset (00-00) after battery ON/OFF.

Operator can set CLOCK TIME by using KEY PAD SWITCH.

Process to set Real Time Clock :

1.Turn “ON” the ignition switch & Wait till complete self checking

2.Select Real Time Clock display of instrument cluster by pressing enter button of Key Pad Switch.

When display shows Real Time Clock along with Clock warning Indicator set time value as below :

A.To set the Hours: Hold ENTER button more than 1.2 Secs. When HH value starts to flash set the value by UP or DOWN button of KEY PAD SWITCH. Once the value is set, press the ENTER button to save the value.

B.To set the Minute: Hold ENTER button more than 1.2 Secs. When MM value starts to flash set the value by UP or DOWN button of KEY PAD SWITCH. Once the value is set, press the ENTER button to save the value.

Display will show the correct time after the Real Time Clock is reset.

Fuel Level Gauge

The Fuel Gauge indicates quantity of fuel available in the fuel tank. Refill the fuel tank when the pointer lies in Red Band.

Coolant Temperature Gauge

This gauge indicates coolant temperature of the engine. When the pointer lies in RED band :

1.Indicates excessive engine coolant temperature.

2.Get the cause identified.

3.Further engine operation should be done only after elimination of the problem.

Turn Indicators

LH and RH turn indicator is provided to indicate the direction of turning.

A blinking LH turn indicator implies that the LH turn signal indicator of tractor is ON whereas a blinking RH turn indicator implies that the RH turn signal indicator of tractor is ON.

High Beam Indicator

It glows when Head Lamps are operated in High Beam.

Forward/Reverse & PTO Neutral Indicator

It glows when forward/reverse system & PTO system is in neutral position.

Heater Indicator

When the key is turned to 2nd position, the Heater Indicator glows to indicate the activation of heater element provided in engine's intake elbow. The indicator continues to glow for approx. 30 seconds. A timer controls this time.

1.Turn the key to "ON" position and hold it till the heater indicator is put-off.

2.Crank the engine when the heater indicator light is put off after approx. 42 seconds.

NOTE : Engine runs at a higher than idle rpm (about 1400 rpm) and drops gradually to the normal idling speed (1000 rpm) until coolant temperature reaches to 200C (680F). The heater indicator glows for some specific duration after starting the engine, depending on the ambient temperature.
