Operating the Machine SIDE ADJUSTMENT OF THE GANG CARRIERS For normal operation, this position would be located at about the center of the bolting plates.

The rear gang can be moved to the left to increase the amount of soil being thrown into the furrow or to the right to decrease it.

If the left hinge is moved one hole to the left of center on the bolting plate to which it is attached, the right stabilizer hinge must also be moved one hole to the left of center on the bolting plate to which it is attached.

Note: It is important to keep the geometry of the stabilizers and the latch bar correct.
