Operating bale twister • Press emergency stop switch to clamp wrapper and make it safe. CAUTION! At this stage, bale twister is in intermediate transport position and appears as on fig. 8: table is jammed hydraulically in this position.

☞ Do not transport wrapping baler when bale twister is in intermediate transport position. – Stop tractor engine. – Remove ignition key. (Fig. 6, 7, 8)
Fitting safety fixings

– Push twister by hand carefully towards fixing (F) to align lever holes with those of hinge brackets: bale twister must not collide with housing of driving gears for wrapping arms. DANGER! Risk of fatal injury. If bale twister falls accidentally, this can cause serious injury.
☞ Make sure that emergency stop switch is

in safety position before handling bale twister.
☞ Make sure that engine is switched off and that ignition key has been removed. (Fig. 9)
