Engine temperature too high
Lower the equipment to the ground and shut off engin immediately if the warning device (4) sounds. The warning device (4) continues to sound until the fault has been retified. Lamp flashes: when the electrical system is on (engine stationary) in the event of a fault (engine running) short-circuit, cable break or defective componenent (magnetic pick-up, termperature probe for load-sensing or proportional valve) Lamp is permanently lit when the programmed hydraulic oil temperature of 80°C (176°F) is exceeded. Lamp is lit up in the event of an HPI fault The lamp moreover indicates the fault code. Contact Bucyrus HEX after-sales service or engine manufacturer (see switch (52).
