Clamshell Operation Position the bucket as follows for clamshell operat
1.
Lower the bucket to the ground.
2.
Tilt the bucket forward until it is in the "clamshell" position as indicated by the selector gauge on the Drott Bucket.
3.
Open the clam completely.
With the bucket in this position it is possible to pick up and carry beams, tear out tree stumps, pick up large rocks, pull out fence posts, and get that last one-half yard of material that would ordinarily require manual shoveling.
