Deer Park Parks and Recreation

The Deer Park Parks and Recreation department aims to ensure a high quality of life for patrons through our commitment to superior public spaces and enriching recreation activities. Since its incorporation in 1948, the City of Deer Park has grown steadily and has developed exceptional parks and recreation systems since the 1970s. We maintain 24 parks for our residents, which include playgrounds, walking trails, a nature preserve, and open spaces. Our Olympic-sized city pool remains open during the summer and features water slides and an adjacent children's pool. We are dedicated to providing exemplary quality of life by offering innovative Park and Recreational experiences to the community consistent with our history, culture, and unique character.
