Primoris Project Integrates Cianbro and A/Z Work INDUSTRIAL & MANUFACTURING MARKET In 2019, Cianbro and A/Z Corporation won bids for the mechanical and electrical portions of the Primoris LNG Liquefaction Replacement project in Essex County, Massachusetts. Due to sizable change orders throughout the project, the job grew beyond the original scope, including unanticipated excavation and backfill for the civil foundation. Due to the increased scope of work, the timeframe to complete the project became a concern, but sure enough, the team rose to the occasion to see it through. This project served as the perfect opportunity for Cianbro and A/Z to collaborate as a team and meet a challenging goal. The on-site Cianbro team worked alongside A/Z to assist with the change management involved in the electrical scope. By working together, both companies successfully met all the client’s goals, recently receiving substantial completion for the contractual scope of the project.
