Message from the CEO

Our journey over the last 12 months has once again highlighted what makes The Cianbro Companies so successful, our TEAM! Founded on the belief that “no one in this room is smarter than all of us,” every team member focuses their energy on the greater good. This behavior strengthens personal relationships, builds high levels of energy, and yields success.

Over the course of 2021, we undertook and completed some of the most interesting and challenging projects in the construction industry. This was made possible by the collaboration of team members across the entire enterprise. The level of pride each team member felt in their accomplishments was visible and contagious. To display this pride, we have added QR codes to many of the stories found in this edition of the Chatter. These QR Codes will open videos featuring various projects and the teams that are making them a success. We hope you enjoy the articles in this edition, as we believe they truly reflect the hard work and dedication of all the team members who make our company so special!

As we look forward, we need to continue on our Beyond Zero Journey. It is essential that every team member’s physical and mental health remains a top priority. This will be no small task, considering the uncertainty COVID-19 and the economy are creating for our customers, the company, and most importantly, our families. We must also continue to push for improvement in everything we do. Leveraging our ingenuity and creativity will allow us to remain efficient and well-positioned for future growth and success.
