FUEL PASSION WITH CREATIVITY.

Our feelings or passions are stemmed from inspiration and fuelled creativity. There is no single reaction or feeling exclusively favorable for innovation. The real secret is in how we utilize the good and bad events towards creativity.

Your passion is the fuel of life. It should be propelled with consistency and persistence. Sometimes, people put their passions on hold or leave it behind. You do not have to neglect it; you just have to refuel it. Passionate people tend to use their momentum to be motivated regardless if they will be happy or won’t be satis ed. This desire and commitment will allow individuals to maintain long-term goals. They are no strangers to setbacks or frustrations because levels of stress are part of creative work. Passion is complex and it is anchored with intensity which goes beyond feelings, work ful llment and engagement.

Rediscover that desire and fuel it by nding out what made you passionate about your passion. Go back to the

beginning and remember why it all started. Discover your why to help you nd what motivated you which will get you back in the game. Next, master and manage your emotions. Being responsible for your emotional state plays a vital role to refuel your passion.

Then, feed your soul and mind. To keep your creative juices owing, read books, watch movies, and get inspiration from other people, things or other places. Be consistent and patient. You have to commit and have patience. This will keep you driven and help you in the long run. Do what you love instead of forcing yourself to do something you do not like. Embrace the journey to keep your spirits high. To fuel your passion: Play your strengths, improve weaknesses, use your gi s and talents, and above all, celebrate your successes – both big and small.

Look good, feel great!

REPRESENTED BY emk AI m OD e L s

CSM: The last couple of years were labeled as a roller-coaster ride with full of twists and probably surprises. How did you show your resiliency?

ISAAC: They have indeed been some tough times but I had a lot of support from family and friends, especially from my sister. We go through things in life to make us learn and realize those times we’re all a test to see how strong we are as individuals. I know it’s important whenever you may not feel 100% is to get the best people around you.

CSM: What’s the best course of action to take in the face of uncertainty?

ISAAC: Take into account all of your options and then figure out where to go from there, asking for help and being vocal about so much going on a day to day is so important as they say ‘if you don’t ask, you don’t get’.

CSM: Professionally speaking, how can you exude being decisive?

ISAAC: It’s important you realize to start thinking positive with many things that may happen in life.

CSM: What comeback goals do you want to achieve in 2022?

ISAAC: It’s been difficult with school/ college being shut down due to the pandemic. However, I decided to go out and find a job rather than continue in education as I felt I’d lost my focus. With this amazing opportunity I’ve been given with EMKAI Models being able to be a model, my goal for 2022 is to be the most successful I can be.

CSM: Define confidence and being sexy.

ISAAC: I have struggled with confidence in the past but am I working hard on that, being now recognized as a model doing what I love and enjoy is definitely something that helps me understand how important it is to love yourself.

CSM: How do you standout in a fastpaced and competitive industry?

ISAAC: I know I have a unique look compared to others due to my heritage and should hope this will give me a slight advantage going forward in the modeling world I want to be successful in.

CSM: Career-wise, how can someone be a good influence to others?

ISAAC: I think being positive is essential, no matter what we may all go through it’s important to be one to stand out, speak for yourself, take care of the mind/body on a daily and not think negative because no one wants to be around negative people.

CSM: What vital lessons can you share to young people?

ISAAC: Being young myself, I would say to take every opportunity that is offered to you. Face it head on. Not every day you get given an opportunity. When it comes, take it and make it the best you can.

Fuel your passion and jumpstart your mindset with this guide to working smart to own the year 2022: all the street-smart competence and practical knowledge you need to take your life and career to rev up your creative thinking.
Face it head on. Not every day you get given an opportunity. When it comes, take it and make it the best you can.”

CSM: What do you think is role of food or nutrition in healthy living?

ISAAC: A balanced diet is essential to healthy living but it doesn’t hurt to have something that you really enjoy occasionally, for me I could live on rice and peas that’s my favourite meal to eat.

CSM: How can you maintain your consistency of weight or shape?

ISAAC: My job is very physical and I love to walk, especially with my sister and her dogs. I do believe when you eat and drink well and do what’s needed to stay in shape your mind is more free and able to maintain that same energy.

CSM: What fitness goals do you want to attain?

ISAAC: Well, I’m still growing but I know I would love to start the gym work on my body and get it to a shape and style that will gain me more opportunities for me as a model. As long as I eat and train well, it should be a first step.

CSM: What exercises do you consider fundamental?

ISAAC: Walking is a must, it’s important to clear my head especially when I’m stressed. I think nature is something that just takes everything out and it releases so much out of me.

CSM: What gym etiquette that people must follow?

ISAAC: I think having a strict routine, wake up and train, it’s important to focus on this and always have rest and that’s important.

CSM: When you’re stressed, how do you manage it?

ISAAC: I like to walk and talk, again it’s usually with my sister - she’s my rock. Get out and about, in lock-down was tough but she moved in with us and made everything just better. It’s having that supportive group around you that can really help you and push you to get to where you need to be. I do think speaking about some emotions can really help and release a lot too.

CSM: Expound why mental matters in the digital age.

ISAAC: Social media isn’t for me fully, I share what I want but don’t take too much notice personally. I know though it does affect many others out there with this type, but don’t let it dictate your life.

CSM: Simplify if mental and physical health are connected or not.

ISAAC: There is a definite connection, how you feel and think is how you result in as a person. The minute you start thinking negative, everything just

changes and becomes negative. Why surround yourself by people who drain your energy out of you and get you nowhere.? The more physically you are connected to the good things in life, more good things come to you. Positive mental attitude or mind over matter.

CSM: In achieving fitness goals, what do people should remember?

ISAAC: Have your goal in mind, make sure it’s achievable don’t set your expectations too high, when you don’t hit them you will then feel bad. It’s always important to stick to what you love and enjoy the most in life and making sure what you do is down to you and no one else. There are many situations where sometimes you may want to achieve something big but taking those baby steps is what it’s all about.

CSM: What stereotypes should people break when it comes to physical and mental?

ISAAC: There are all kinds of people on the earth and no one should be ‘labeled’. You should be recognized for how you treat people.

The more physically you are connected to the good things in life, more good things come to you. Positive mental attitude or mind over matter.

Talks about diversity, equity, and inclusivity

CSM: Explain what diversity, equity, and inclusion mean to you and why they’re important.

ISAAC: Everyone should be treated equally and respectfully, regardless of their beliefs, culture, creed or sexual/political orientation.

CSM: What is the most challenging aspect of working in a diverse environment?

ISAAC: Ensuring to the best of your ability or control, that the above is respected, be who you are , it doesn’t matter or bother who you are, as I believe you are what you are, I’ve been surrounded by all kind of cultures through my family and school.

COVER STORY

CSM: What is your approach to understanding the perspectives of colleagues from different backgrounds?

ISAAC: You treat people the way you want to be treated. It’s simple. You should never treat anyone differently just because of the way they may speak, look or act. We’re all equal and all deserve a chance as they say ‘never judge a book by its cover’.

CSM: How would you handle a situation where a client or a talent was being culturally insensitive, sexist, racist, or homophobic?

ISAAC: I would call them on it, I can never just ignore it, I know what it feels like and it isn’t the best feeling or experience but I always make sure that what you are doing is right and use your voice, position and never let anyone suffer.

Isaac Brown is a Welsh model for high-end fashion, runway, brand representation, or lifestyle brands. The young model is represented by EMKAI Models in Wales and brand ambassador for some brands.

CSM: How would you advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion with brands or companies that don’t understand its importance?

ISAAC: It’s important to ask why brands/companies wouldn’t want to share an inclusive/diverse face to their brand, everyone is equal and beautiful in every possible way so why not share and shout about this.

You treat people the way you want to be treated. It’s simple. You should never treat anyone differently just because of the way they may speak, look or act.”

IN-DEPTH CONNECTION AND PERSONALITY

CSM: The last couple of years were labeled as a rollercoaster ride with full of twists and probably surprises. How did you show your resiliency? Along with the pandemic, I was also going through a divorce. It could have been the worst time in my life, but I made the most of it and started training for my 6th bikini competition. I woke up every day and made the decision to have a great day. I know a lot of people dealt with mental health issues at that time, but I refused to let depression get a hold of me. Fitness has always been an outlet for me. I did my cardio outdoors and my workouts in my living room. I made health and fitness my priority at that time. I also was thriving with my meal prep business. I believe that if you keep a positive attitude that things will always go your way. Attitude is everything!

CSM: What’s the best course of action to take in the face of uncertainty?

The best course of action to take in the face of uncertainty is to keep a positive attitude and a positive mind. Writing in my journal has helped me a great deal when I am struggling with life. For me, if I write down all of my thoughts, prayers and goals I am more likely to achieve the things that I want in life. I love speaking to the universe and telling it what I want. It is incredible how it is working for me at this time in my life.

CSM: Professionally speaking, how can you exude being decisive?

With my professional experience, I believe that a leader and a competitor always make a decision quickly and I am slow to change one’s mind. When I know what I want to achieve, I make it my priority and do not stop until I achieve it.

CSM: What comeback goals do you want to achieve in 2022?

My comeback goals for 2022 are to build an empire with my health and wellness business. I have been building my brand for my whole career (for 20 years) and I am at a time in my life where I am ready to spread my wings and fly. Health, nutrition and wellness are my passion and I want to spread my knowledge throughout the world. 2019-2021 were extremely hard years because of my divorce and the pandemic, but I know 2022 is going to be amazing.

CSM: Define confidence and being sexy. Being confident and being sexy is being secure in your own skin and being yourself. Self-care is so important to feel confident and sexy. Women need to invest in themselves. I always say when life gets hard, practice self-care harder. I know when I feel good about myself, I am more productive and I attract positivity around me. I love building other women up and making them feel confident. Being confident makes a woman sexy.

CSM: How do you standout in a fast-paced and competitive industry?

I will compare this to the WBFF. I got my pro card with the WBFF in 2017 at the age of 40. Competing can be very intimidating. When I go into a competition, I never compare myself to others; I only compare myself to my previous self. I think being yourself and telling yourself you are amazing and beautiful is the best thing that you can do. Women especially can be self-destructive. You have to talk positively to yourself to be successful.

CSM: Career-wise, how can someone be a good influence to others?

I will compare this to my career. I strive to practice what I preach and preach what I practice. Every day I continue to post my healthy living on social media to inspire and influence others. I also cheer all of my friends, family and followers on when I see them living a healthy lifestyle. I believe that health is wealth. It is so important that we invest in our health. If you are rich and unhealthy you will not be able to enjoy your health. When you are active and healthy I you will be more productive and a better overall person.

CSM: What vital lessons can you share to young people?

I have a seventeen year old daughter so I will share the vital lessons that I try to instill in her. I have taught her that if you want something you have to work for it. Nothing in life is free and nothing comes easy without hard work and dedication. The young people of today have so much pressure on them. My daughter deals with anxiety and trying to get too much done in a day. I tell her not to stress about getting so much done. Just do your best and get as much done as you can. No one is perfect and everyone has strengths and weaknesses.

ON FITNESS TRAINING AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE:

CSM: What do you think is role of food or nutrition in healthy living?

Food and nutrition is 80% of staying in shape and healthy. I have a meal prep business and I always have my food prepared for each week. If you are prepared you will succeed, if you fail to prepare you will fail. I believe that food is medicine and health is wealth.

CSM: How can you maintain your consistency of weight or shape?

To maintain weight and shape, you have to be consistent with nutrition and your workouts. As long as you are consistent, you will be successful. The way I have been able to stay on my plan for so long is that I stay 100% on my diet all-week. I allow myself one cheat meal a week.

It’s actually good for your metabolism to cheat once a week. Not a cheat day, just a cheat meal. My favorite cheat meal is sushi.

CSM: What fitness goals do you want to attain?

It’s actually good for your metabolism to cheat once a week. Not a cheat day, just a cheat meal. My favorite cheat meal is sushi.st a cheat meal. My favorite cheat meal is sushi.

CSM: What exercises do you consider fundamental?

I consider weight training, yoga and moderate cardio fundamental exercises. Weight training is the best type of exercise to change your physique. I weight train 6 days a week on a three day rotation. Quads and inner thighs on day 1, glutes and hamstrings on day 2 and all upper body on day 3. Yoga is essential to keep the joints healthy and your muscles stretched out. Yoga is also a great way to keep yourself focused and centered. I practice yoga at least 1-2 times a week. I am an advocate for cardio for heart health. I try to get in 3-4 sessions 30-45

min sessions a week. Either walking on an incline, interval running or the stair master, although I prefer to do outdoor cardio, especially when the sun is out. Every day I set a goal to get at least 10,000 steps a day. I do not care how I get them in I just try to hit the goal every day. I typically take Sundays off as my rest day and I use that day as a self-care day and to meal prep for the week.

CSM: What gym etiquette that people must follow?

Gym etiquette is extremely important when using a public gym. If you are using a piece of equipment and someone needs to use the same piece, ask them if they would like to work in with you. Also, it is extremely important to stay off your phone when working out. It is a distraction and takes away from your workout. With COVID-19 going around, you should also wipe down your equipment when you are finished.

CSM: When you’re stressed, how do you manage it? Ever since I was in college, fitness is how I have always managed my stress. When I was young, I was an avid runner. I would just go run 5-10 miles when I was stressed. Now that I am older and more educated, I take out my stress and anxiety in the weight room. Lifting weights is more beneficial for your body and your physique. When I was going through my divorce in 2019, weight training is one of the things that got me through it, along with getting extremely close to god. As a matter of fact, I would blast Christian music and weight train all at the same time. I always post on my social media that the gym is my happy place.

CSM: Expound why mental health matters in the digital age.

In this digital age, it is very easy to compare yourself to other people on social media. We have to remember that when people post they usually are using filters or posting the best pics of themselves. We have to continue to give ourselves gratitude and tell ourselves how amazing we are. Never compare yourself to anyone else, only compare yourself to your past self. We have got to love ourselves before we can love anyone else.

CSM: Simplify if mental and physical health are connected or not.

I believe that mental and physical health go hand in hand. If you are mentally unhealthy, it will affect you physically and if you are physically unhealthy it will affect our mental health. To prevent this, we have to use good nutrition and exercise to keep our body healthy. I am also an advocate of supplementation.

CSM: In achieving fitness goals, what do people should remember?

When achieving fitness goals, I always tell my clients that progress does not happen overnight. It takes time and you have to be patient. Being consistent with nutrition and weight training will definitely pay off. The way I hold myself accountable and my clients is I take progress pictures every week and compare from the last week. You may not see the results in the mirror but the pictures will show the progress. Pictures will always show your progress.

CSM: What stereotypes should people break when it comes to physical and mental?

Stereotypes that people should break when it comes to physical and mental health are assuming that everyone is perfect. Social media and television manipulate our views of the world around us. What we need to remember is that we are all human and no one is perfect. Everyone has flaws and has made mistakes in our lives. We have to remember to love one another and support each other rather than tearing each other down. That goes for tearing ourselves down by as well. We have got to love ourselves so we can love others. The world would be a much better place if we stopped believing the media.

KRISTEN MEDLOCK ON

CSM: Explain what diversity, equity, and inclusion mean to you and why they’re important.

Diversity, equity and inclusion are all important things when working with a group of people. I have always performed better when working with a diverse group of people. When I was in college, I chose the sorority I pledged because it was diverse. I believe that if everyone in the world respected and accepted diversity, used equity and inclusion, we would have no issues and it would be a much better place.

1) Communicate the importance of all three

2) Develop a strategic training program

3) Be aware of bias behaviors

4) Acknowledge all beliefs and cultures

5) Mix up different cultures to create diverse groups of individuals

CSM: Discuss a time when you advocated for diversity and inclusion.

When I was in college at the University of Oklahoma, I went through rush. At that time, I was a little overweight and I was in the marching band. I felt like with some of the houses I was discriminated against. I finally toured a house called AXO that I loved. I loved it because they

CSM: What is the most challenging aspect of working in a diverse environment?

I can’t say I would be challenged at all by working in a diverse environment. I think the most diverse environment would be the best environment,

CSM: What is your approach to understanding the perspectives of colleagues from different backgrounds?

I always approach understanding perspectives of colleagues from different backgrounds with a positive approach. We can all learn something from each other.

CSM: How would you handle a situation where a client or a talent was being culturally insensitive, sexist, racist, or homophobic?

If this was happening around me I would sit the person down and explain to the person that it was not right to be insensitive. You have to accept all people no matter what race, what sex etc. I would not tolerate that in my business. I have always preached to my daughter that there will be all types of people around us. We have to appreciate their culture and their beliefs. I have always said I do not care if you are black, white, Asian, gay or straight. If you are nice to me, I will be nice to you. It is all about respect.

CSM: How would you advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion with brands or companies that don’t understand its importance?

The ways that I would advocate diversity, equity and inclusion with a brand or company is to

made me feel included. The house was very diverse. My big sis was Filipino; my best friend in the house was from India. There were girls that were black, white, Asian etc. We did not see each other as different; we saw each other as strong women that we could learn from each other. I am still friends with some of the women today and that was over 20 years ago.

CSM: Describe an ideal brand that has a sense of inclusion, belonging, and equity on a daily basis?

The ideal brand would be my brand, KissyFit. I always try my hardest to make people feel special, loved and included. I always make everyone feel equally important to me. When it comes to being a health coach or personal trainer, it is extremely important to make every client feel important, because they are.

CSM: What steps will you take to eliminate bias from other brands or companies?

The steps that I will take to eliminate bias from other brands are to continue being myself and continue to practice good morals and ethics. Bias from other brands or companies will always be there. You just have to continue to practice what you preach and be strong. Communication and education is the key to eliminate bias.

IN-DEPTH CONNECTION AND PERSONALITY

CSM: The last couple of years were labeled as a rollercoaster ride with full of twists and probably surprises. How did you show your resiliency?

It was definitely a rollercoaster but prepping for shows really kept my mind in one place and I was able to focus on me and forget about the craziness of the world for a bit.

CSM: What’s the best course of action to take in the face of uncertainty?

I tend to live in the moment, so if I’m not sure on something I’m not afraid to just let what happens happen. In the end of the day the world will keep on spinning.

CSM: Professionally speaking, how can you exude being decisive?

It’s not always about knowing the right decision. Its knowing if your decision is wrong you can own up to it and deal with the consequences. If you’re alright with that then you should never be afraid to make the decisions when everyone else stands back.

CSM: What comeback goals do you want to achieve in 2022?

This year is my growing year. Being the first off season with my coach Leon Strensholm, I plan on putting some proper muscle mass on with good density to get me into the next level in this industry.

CSM: Define confidence and being sexy. Being sexy and being confident really just means loving yourself and being smart enough to not let peoples judgments cloud your vision. If you know in your mind that you’re looking your best and feeling your best you won’t be afraid by the judgment of others. Because the only reason they’ll be judging you is for being your best and sometimes they will never get to that level.

CSM: How do you standout in a fast-paced and competitive industry?

Being able to stand out can be very hard. Everyday there’s a new challenge, a new trend, a new record but sticking to myself and just doing me has seemed to do the trick. I just have to make sure I have my hands in everything from TikTok to YouTube. Where I live, there aren’t too many people doing what I’m doing. There are people that look good and go to the gym but don’t go to the level of competing as a bodybuilder, so I think a lot of people from here like seeing that content.

CSM: Career-wise, how can someone be a good influence to others?

People love to see success but not many people see the work behind the success. It’s like when people call these multi-millionaires an “overnight success” but it still took them 10 years of work behind the scenes to get there… If you can show people the hard work and what it really takes I believe that is the best influence. There’s no such thing as a shortcut in anything. If you want something, you have to work for it and that’s the way life is. Seeing how hard someone can push

themselves for what they want is what I get influenced and motivated by.

CSM: What vital lessons can you share to young people? Don’t follow everyone else. If they’re partying every weekend that doesn’t mean you have to. If they’re doing drugs, that doesn’t mean you have to. What I’m getting at is if you would rather stay at home and try perfect something of your own and try reach that goal don’t be afraid to tell people “no” because I know for a fact your dreams won’t come true unless you work for them and I don’t think your dreams will come true in a nightclub.

ON FITNESS TRAINING AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE:

CSM: What do you think is the role of food or nutrition in healthy living? Nutrition means everything in healthy living. Food and nutrition can change your mood, composure, everything. After going through prep I learnt how much food plays a role in your lifestyle. Having a healthy stable diet with efficient macros for what you want to achieve, whether you’re gaining, maintaining or losing weight having the proper diet will not only make you feel better but make your goals 10 times easier to achieve. You can train your ass off every day but if you don’t have the right diet it can almost be pointless.

CSM: How can you maintain your consistency of weight or shape? For me specifically, maintaining weight would involve training constantly fairly hard with a steady calorie intake. If I burn around the exact calories, I consume and I am training hard I would be able to maintain the physique I have.

CSM: What fitness goals do you want to attain?

The goal at the moment is to put on some dense muscle mass for my next shows, so it involves a lot of heavy compound movements.

CSM: What exercises do you consider fundamental?

I consider all compound movements to be fundamental but if I had to choose one it would be the deadlift. The deadlift is a movement that can change your physique so rapidly if you are training heavy with proper form.

CSM: What gym etiquette that people must follow?

Always be respectful to others no matter what their experience is. We all start somewhere so there’s no need to judge others for trying. Being nice to others goes a long way, because for some the gym is a very intimidating place.

CSM: When you’re stressed, how do you manage it?

The biggest stress relief for me is either training at the gym or being able to sit down and spend some time with my partner. Being able to sit and talk to the person closest to you every day and letting them know if something is on your mind is something that should be cherished.

CSM: Expound why mental health matters in the digital age.

Mental strength is needed now more than ever, especially with COVID-19. Seeing photos of your favourite stars and influencers living their best lives can be hard to see sometimes especially when it’s something you might not necessarily have. But what we mentally need to understand is that there’s no such thing as a life better than yours. It’s your life so just know that you need to live it at its best without worrying about others.

CSM: Simplify if mental and physical health are connected or not. They are definitely connected, and the easiest way to tell for me is if it’s a really off day for me I can feel it all through the day physically at work or at the gym. Keeping in the right frame of mind and staying as positive as you can, will physically help you as much as mentally.

CSM: In achieving fitness goals, what do people should remember?

Always remember that everyone is genetically different. Don’t say you want to look exactly like him/her or be able to lift as much as him/her because it is impossible to be exact the same as others, better or worse just aim to reach your highest potential.

CSM: What stereotypes should people break when it comes to physical and mental health?

Unfortunately, there’s a lot of “false advertisements” around with TikTok and even on Instagram. Our favourite influencers are bringing fitness apps out to get you “shredded in 30 days” and “ripped before summer” but a lot of these apps are just money grabs. What needs to be done is you don’t just buy or subscribe to a fitness app and follow it like a sheep. Go out of your way and do a bit of research. Watch some videos about the fitness world and mental health. Before you know it, you will know all there is to know or at least enough to structure a program that works for you.

JARROD BEST

ON DIVERSITY, INCLUSIVITY & EQUITY

CSM: Explain what diversity, equity, and inclusion mean to you and why they’re important.

These three words mean a lot to me. Living in Australia, we are very welcoming people and where I live you see people from all over the world coming in and out. These words are important to me because we are all in this game of life together and we all battle through the same ups and downs regardless of gender, skin tone, sexuality etc. We are all humans and the way we decide to live our limited time on the planet is purely up to the

CSM: How would you advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion with brands or companies that don’t understand its importance?

There probably aren’t that many brands out there that now don’t understand the importance of these topics. But I would definitely educate them on how important it is in today’s society and how we all need to respect these traits.

CSM: Discuss a time when you advocated for diversity and inclusion.

person living it.

CSM: What is the most challenging aspect of working in a diverse environment?

I honestly don’t even notice any challenging aspects. Like I said before we are all human. We just have to live our life how we want. Some people might find it hard to live with others decisions and opinions but we need to learn we are all allowed to have them.

CSM: What is your approach to understanding the perspectives of colleagues from different backgrounds? The best way is to talk. Talking to your colleagues or teammates about themselves and their background will open your eyes and you might even learn a thing or two about how others live in different cultures.

CSM: How would you handle a situation where a client or a talent was being culturally insensitive, sexist, racist, or homophobic?

I haven’t really had to come across this situation before… but if I had to I would have to stand my ground… although you probably can’t change someone’s mind on their beliefs on the spot I would at least try my hardest to let them keep their opinions on these topics to themselves as it is hurting others.

I’ve honestly never really had to. Where I am from we almost celebrate how welcoming we are and how well we include everybody. From years of playing sports and all through school there wasn’t really any unfairness. We all just have to evolve and live together as one regardless of our differences.

CSM: Describe an ideal brand that has a sense of inclusion, belonging, and equity on a daily basis?

A brand I see really pushing equality and inclusion on a daily basis is Gymshark. They include everyone from all walks of life and it is awesome to see!

CSM: What steps will you take to eliminate bias from other brands or companies?

The best thing I could do would be to educate them on my beliefs. If they don’t like what I have to say or aren’t on board with how everyone should be treated with the same respect, it would be in my best interest to no longer work with the brand / company.

We are all humans and the way we decide to live our limited time on the planet is purely up to the person living it. ”
