Sexual Harassment (D1001): Ac ons or statements that are sexual in nature, which offend or defame the dignity or self-esteem of an individual. Examples include but are not limited to unwelcome sexual advances, sexual remarks or jokes, requests for sexual favors, and other offensive verbal or physical conduct directed at an individual. Also, included in this defini on is the display of pictures, drawings or other items that are sexual in nature. Sexual Harassment “Severe Clause”: Situa ons in which the sexual harassment is directed toward a staff member. Grades K – 5: Level III Offense
